This, sir, is where I think you're wrong. The slot t (like the other run based offenses) is very balanced indeed! They're balanced in the aspect of being able to attack multiple gaps out of limited formations and repetitive backfield looks. I hope BC's OC understands that more than fans in the stands.

Magnolia opened a new school several years ago. They're usually pretty salty. You may be thinking Montgomery with a new school opening recently. Two years ago they moved a linebacker to quaterback that was committed to play linebacker at Tulsa so they were able to make it work. Doty is a heck of a coach and his kids will be ready to play.

And what happens when your talent is down? Do you come to the realization that you have to find less stiff competition or do you get your lungs kicked in and hope the players don't quit (emotionally, physically, and getting out of football)?

Not too bad. They should one of the if not the favorite when their district hits.

They've got a good coaching staff for the timing on the hire. I'm hoping to see better success for the Trojans this year.
