Royals Trade Mark Teahan to White Sox the Royals have agreed to send the versatile Mark Teahen to the White Sox in exchange for Chris Getz and Josh Fields. Madden says Teahen is expected to replace free agent-to-be Jermaine Dye in right field.

Angels Re-sign Bobby Abreau the deal is worth $19MM guaranteed. Abreu will be paid $9MM in 2010 and 2011, plus a $1MM buyout of a $9MM option for 2012 that could vest based on plate appearances. Given how the market treated Abreu last year, it's not a surprise that he jumped on this offer.

Yankees finally learned a lesson from the Red Sox. Invest in your farm system and don't over spend on old players.  RJ Kevin Brown etc.  I do believe the AJ was a bad pick up.  But Tex and CC was great pickups for the Yanks.  Not trading Joba, Hughes, Coke were good moves.  Past Yankees management would have traded them in a hurry to get certain players. A lot of other clubs including the Astros need to take note.

[/quote] 58 kids  26 of them boys  20 played football.  One player broke his foot a week earlier and all the injuries in the HI game.  It left 12 guys. 

IMO Evadale needs to concentrate on Football then Basketball before they worry if they make the playoffs in Baseball.

Indeed it was 99-00 for Baseball and Basketball was in 2001.  They won state championship and won the Texas Cup. 

I believe it was in 2000 for baseball and like 2001 or 2 for Basketball

Unless the Rays are playing tonight or he is in the stands dont think you will see Zim at the game.  He is probably with Ms. Zimmer in Seminole Fl.
