Isn't Buna one of the largest 2A's in the state? 

I think Kville might be now cause they just dropped to 2a this year Buna was two years ago i know that..

Pretty sure Buna beat evadale in basketball this past year so there better at that possibly football and for sure baseball and fishing also that just a bonus:)

So somebody tell me why everyone thinks Buna is so bad this year....they have the exact same record as they did this time last year and the still made it to the state finals.  The only reason everyone is so upset with Buna is that they did go to state.  Jasper county should be proud instead of ragging on them so hard.  What is wrong with having confidence in yourself ? When Evadale went to state Buna was happy and proud for them but that don't seem to be the case this time around.  Kids grow up and root for each other and quit all this petty squabbling.  Go play ball ( that is if you even play ball which I doubt it) most baseball player would have more pride than to even acknowledge these petty post.         

So Since Buna was so happy and supportive about evadale going to state why are they dogging Buna and saying things that shouldn't be said like they could beat Buna. Buna didn't say that when evadale won state what was it back in 2000 yeah many congrats were said after that game and what does Buna get o their not that great they wont be that good again. And BTW i dont play baseball I'm a girl its against UIL duh. Also yes Buna and Evadale kids have grown up around each other played each other in many sports and have always supported each other but the minute this topic came out the claws came out... So i believe in my boys i think if they play like they have been exclude the kountze game i think round rock is only two months away for them lets go boys show em how to play some ball..

Evadale supported Buna last year.  But your right, the minute this topic was started the claws came out... Cougar claws!. LOL

Why do some feel the need to be dogging Evadale?  Why are some in Buna saying things that should be said?

Not true at all. We played Leggett Saturday and i faced two girls. Very intimidating.

How can you be so sure when my brother played highschool ball they played a team that it looked like there was a girl on the team but it was actually a boy. so unless ya know for sure you might have just offended some guys shame shame..

Did I misread the thread topic.  I thought it asks for Sophomores and Freshmen.  Your listing Seniors and Juniors that are current stars not future stars.  Maybe I misunderstood the intent of this thread.

Cub and Kale are both sophomores and maybe he put the others down because they'll be more than high school future stars:)

go to school in Buna and as far as being ignorant lets just

compare school scores on academics so let try not to get too

personal this has been fun so far and I'm proud of how both groups

have stood up for their teams and yes we would win ;D ;D ;D ;D

Whats funny is i probably know more about the diamond than you do bout it i've been around the game since i was little my dad coached and my bro plays still for a moinor league team so hush up...

Dang there is so much ignorance goin around in evadale:) Get a brain evadale went to state in 2000 and hasnt been back since and it doesnt look like they'll be seein dell diamond anytime soon i wish Buna and evadale would play so that Buna would win and evadale would SHUT UP cause no one even pays attention to a school like that and the ignorance would go away

I just got off the phone with the director of the UIL and the rest of the season in 2A has been canceled.  The have decided to give the state championship to Kirbyville since the beat Buna.  Also Randy Musgrove was named first team all state at every position so congrats on a wonderfull season Kirbyville the trophy presentation and parade have been set for next sat at the Phillips 66 gas station on hwy 96

For someone who says they have seen Kirbyville play several times and not know who Musgrove is...makes me wonder if you really seen Kville play. Not only is this kid awesome in CF, but yes he used to pitch..and may I say when he did pitch, not many could touch him. Kid has an AWESOME ARM!!!!! Never understood why he quit pitching though! I just think its  hilarious that we beat Buna considering how much trash Buna talked in preseason...sometimes Carma comes back to bite ya!!!  ;D ;D ;D

Sweetheart its Volley_Baller2010 get it right thats first off second its Karma ya it bites bites hard. and yes i was at just about every kville game for the past month so yes i've seen him play DUH.... and i been bright eyed and bushy tailed watching Buna start district off right with two wins btw props go out to Jacob Clark hero of the game hit a homerun to tie the game back up awsome Cub. Brandon awsome game against EC Josh Clark awsome game also. maybe musgrove couldnt take the pressure of the whole game bein on his shoulders bein a pitcher hmm the world may never know.... not dogging on anyone btw. Also Buna has had service they had to call Kville every time that we went to the playoffs 3a down to 2a and to say how sorry that we were that kville just didnt make the cut:(
