Would love that but those 2 have already or at least we're supposed to already have gone to visit another college with the same colors they wear in high school.

I think it can be useful especially for the qb. Helping get timing and vision down as well as helping improve their throwing ability. Is it necessarily a showing of how a team will do in the fall,.... no. Too many added parts in the fall...pads make throwing tougher, pass rushers, receivers getting hit or concerned with it.....etc.. You won't find many teams in our area with the talent that my Tigers have at the skill positions but that still doesn't mean much until you put it all together. I expect good things this fall and this 7 on 7 was just the start. Let's go Tigers!!

Well maybe if we were to make the state title game in football that game would be the week before Christmas the basketball tourney would be the week before New Years. So we could have a full team but not quite in basketball form.

Their just may be a rematch in late December.

The Tigers lose to Kaufman it says in ot by a TD and Kaufman won the tourney. Good job guys just have to work a little harder.

I think I just saw 9 in the morning.

No doubt they are good. Just a big turnaround from that bad of a loss. But when ones going bad things seem to snowball.

What was the big difference in that first game and the others? We got manhandled by Navarro which then just squeezed by one and lost to the other two that we beat.

That and a return to that Fort Bend tourney are loaded with competition.

That is the Coca Cola classic I believe DISD's tourney lots of those strong Dallas teams.

Though we will miss them all, Grubbs will be the hardest of the 3 to replace. Maze's shooting will be replaced by Bush, who has virtually unlimited range and is a better ball handler. He also has the ability to finish despite his size. From what I saw this summer, Dontre's rebounding will be replaced by Jones who will also be a strong presence as a post. And Barnes will grab lots of rebounds as well. Put both of them on the floor at the same time and there won't be many rebounds left to get. Grubs however was the Tiger who just new where to be all the time, a quiet hard worker that contributed everywhere. Not sure one Tiger will fill that role or if it will take a combination. I have no idea what the coaches will do but it's sure a nice problem.
