I have to agree with Lazeek and other on the board. I sit close to the team and see the same thing. The team has lost it's chemistry and enthusiasm with each other. Roc yell out confusing the players, a game or two back, KD lost the ball and possibly the game because of Roc's yelling at him as he just bring the ball down on a critical possession. I know he can hear me yelling at him, with have eye contact. Sky should have shot, he was not more than 30 ft from me. I thought the little coach was telling Sky he needed to shoot, but he did it again from the same spot. What was the not making class all about, a protest of some sort? It seems like a yearly thing the chemistry is lost, leaving us to say " we got baseball coming up" My internet access is limited, having to piggy back with laptop to get on line. House is slow to getting back.

My wife and I will be bringing her brother and friend to the game in LC, that will make 4 to go. No doubt the Lady Card's game effect the attendence of the men's game, but if you can't make it to the men's game, go to the Lady Card's game and support them. GO BIG RED!!!!!

I agree with a lot said here and with what some others have posted. We have a lot of work to do, and we need to get well. This is a photo of the scoreboard/no score board. I did not like not having the score over the court. The biggest enjoyment of the big screen tv was watching the people during time outs as time fillers. There were a few replays though. The price of tickets were a bid steep. We asked for seats behind the team and got seats behind the team up high non padded seats.

I'll be there with three others. We made the USL game and saw a good one, with no support. Maybe more will be there tomorrow night. Does anyone know the address or street of the new arena? I guess if I'd read the paper I'd know it's an upgrade and not new,Same place

I'll be there and hope the numbers are large in our score box and attendence. I'll be taking a picture of them all.

It is a shame I did not support the team as I should have. Each year, I say I am, but I come up short. Congrats to the Lady Cards!!!!

Actually Ang Green scored 2 points so five players scored. I noticed the attendance was over 8300 for the game. I think that's more than what the TT men are averaging! After watching them play Grambling, I am pleasenty surprised the game was so close. 8300+ for the game WOW!! Let's hope we have that big a crowd when TT men come to town.

I going to try again. For some reason here at my displace location I get bumped off the internet about the time I want to press post. We went to the game and saw a great game. The officials were not that bad, in my openion, we got ticky tacky at times and had no calls at others, but thats what we expect these days. Its part of the game. Most have read and posted of the game, so I want to say I was very impressed with the team and their play and figure we beat a few good teams. This ULL team was young and will be good next year or sooner. I welcome the renewed rivalry between the two schools in BB. The one downer, it appears Nwevo may not be ready next month. He seem to have more of limp than he did last Sat night. Does anyone have any news? The Cajundome is very impressive. It has a an awsome sound system and score board, if you want to call it a score board. It is a video screen, score board and advertising sign. The PA system can be heard clearly even with the band playing. I'm going to try to post a photo. I predict it to be a close game. We plan to go to the game. Are there any of you going? I hope they treat us better then they have in the past. I know of some Lamar fans that had bad experinces. I guess I'd better leave in at that.

Sam did look pretty good at times, and are going to be do well this year.

Things could change quick, maybe Sam can get HOT. That would be good for the Southland, but make it rough for Lamar. I hope we have a big crowd for the game. GameTracker does not do golf...GolfStat does...and GameTracker doesn't do it all. Keep in mind, GameTracker is a CSTV thing, so of course you have it for your games since you are a CSTV school. You sometimes may have to view the JumpTV stats program, which an increasing amount of schools use -- including a few in the SLC (SHSU, NWST, A&M-CC and McN)... I was responding to Love the Internet comment posted earlier. golf is not GameTracker, I did use the internet to keep track of the Lamar Golf in the NCAA Camp ionships. Lamar did well. I got a laugh out of the commentators, they could not get over Alabama's searsucker shirts' They had never heard of it.

SHSU Pre Long: 4-7 2-9 SHSU Long: 11-3 One game from the National Championship (farthest ever) #3 National Ranking (highest ever) Most wins in school history Finished a close second for the IAA Heisman (Walter Payton Award) Broke just a bout every single game, single season and career passing record at SHSU. Attendance at Bowers was through the roof. SHSU Post Long: 3-7 6-5 7-4 And in 2001 McCown was just a notch below Long in his accolades and is in second in most of those records at SHSU. They did something! What a pompus jerk. Sure it would be nice to get a top notch QB for four years, but guess what, those guys don't want to go to SHSU or Lamar or any other FCS because they are getting offers to play on TV on Saturdays. That's telling TT how the cow ate that cabbage. ;D ;D ;D

I like your humble opinion. If you look at some of these HS rosters, there may be a hand full of big guys,that's able to go to college, to recruit. Many schools are having to play undersized kids in trench positions. We need to recruit for the "big uglies" heavily. But also, keep in mind that some of the undersized linemen will blossom the summer between HS and college. I've seen that happen. A kid overlooked by big schools at first look, is now starting in the Big 12, Mizzou. Just my opinion.

I'm so happy to see the news about Nwevo and Custer. I had no given up on them. But if Mahoney can come back and not loss a step, imagine the speed on the floor with the guards all on the floor. I see a swarm of hornets on defense.
