Eagle07, I am wondering, how did they handle the glove situation. Did they call time each time and chunk out his other glove. I also want to say that this is a great thread and is very informative.

It was a real treat having V.J. and Hicks on the same team most of the summer. Hicks is fantastic. He doesn't have an arm, he has a cannon. Give the arm to Hicks. V.J. has more range, he is extremely quick and very accurate with his throws.

I don't want to offend our friends from BH, but I feel that this "Team" should represent our local players and all the schools from our districts. Barber Hill is a fine school with outstanding talent, I've seen all three of their returning pitchers and they are as good as they get. They are not in our district. I just think your selections should have a reasonable boundary line, if not, what about kids from Channelview, crosby, Smiley, Nacadoches, etc. etc. etc.
