- PNG @ Central, This game in the past has been very chippy. But JL with the long throw ins will prove to be difference maker.
- Livingston @ Nederland, Nothing exciting about this game
- Memorial @ Vidor, This game should be close, but i think Vidor had a Red Card last week to a main player so Memorial should pull this one out.
- Lumberton @ Ozen, Lumberton should be able to sit the starters in this one.
Central at PNG Sorry

4-3 Vidor
Starting forward Mattingly left game with collar bone injury as well as another Ned Defender....Vidor scores game winner with about 3 min left in game...
That's horrible for the seniors on the team to have such a rough year. I heard a goal was called back and Vidor had 2 short handed goals. Lot of comments on a certain midfielder walking most of the game. Some more goals scored from 30 yards out. Yada yada yada

Lumberton powered their way past PNG. 3-2
Central blew a 3-1 lead against Livingston to lose 5-3
Vidor comes back losing 3-2, playing with 10 due to a red card, with 15 minutes left to score 2 shorthanded goals to win 4-3.
No update on Memorial and Ozen game. A lot of updates on Nederland Vidor game. Crazy Season

- PNG @ Lumberton. Two top teams going to do battle in Hardin County. High powered offense against a strong Lumberton D.
- Central @ Livingston Livingston has been tough at home while Central just gets it done
- Nederland @ Vidor. Nederland travels to Vidor to take on a fast and physical Vidor Squad. Should be a ugly game.
- Memorial @ Ozen. Nothing to say here. Memorial is looking good. Ozen puts up a good fight.
- On my standings i have been receiving some messages correcting me on the 10 point standings system due to not having ties. So here is what I understand.
- 3 points for win, 2 points for a tie win, 1 point for a tie loss, 0 points for a loss
Standings are as follows just realize i am not the official standings guy haha. I just try to keep people informed on our district soccer teams. I rely on keeping in touch with many different sources.
- Central 10 points, 2 wins and 2 overtime wins
- PNG 10 points 3 wins and 1 overtime loss
- Lumberton 10 points 3 wins and a 1 overtime loss
- Vidor 6 points 2 wins and 2 losses
- Livingston 6 points 2 wins and 2 losses
- Memorial 3 points 1 Overtime win, 1 Overtime loss, 2 losses
- Nederland 3 points 3 losses and a win
- Ozen 0 points 4 losses
Please correct me if I am wrong.

I just depend on info from contacts my boy has around the area. It would be a lot easier if everyone would update the scores on here so that I wouldn't have to do intensive investigation. I have always followed the boys soccer in this area since we moved here. But there is no place to keep up with standings and who is doing good. I like to go and watch a good match up when i can. With kids in the Port Neches school district we mostly attend those games.

As an alumni of Nederland soccer, it's disappointing to see them that far down on the table.
The days of Nederland dominating our district are over. We played them last Friday and they didn't look that bad, but we have lost a lot of players so it made the game close.
From what I have heard from Nederland alumni that watch their games is that their players are lazy, don't care, just playing to play. Nederland which always has good keepers are hurting this year. My sons friend that plays for Central said they scored 5 of the 7 from 25-30 yards out. They will Finish 6th in District, wont touch 25 goals and give up 40

1-0 went into 2 overtimes before super freshmen #17 JL bounced a ball off of #14 LS head for a beautiful goal. Game way closer than i thought it would be. Love watching this Freshman dropping dimes in the 6 yard box off of throw ins.

My Predictions
PNG 6 Big Ned 0
Livingston 3 Lumberton 2
Central 5 Memorial 1 off of a penalty kick
Vidor 2 Ozen 0

- 5th place Nederland travels to the Reservation to take on 1st place I N D I A N S. PNG has 12 goals in the past 2 games and look to put another 6 on the Bulldogs.
- 2nd place Livingston travels to Lumberton to take on the 4th place RAIDERS. "The RAIDERS". Top 4 match up which should be a great game.
- 6th place Memorial travels to Babe Zaharias to take on the 3rd place Jaguars. Central has a high powered offense that lets it rip from just about anywhere
- 7th place Vidor Pirates sail down to Beaumont to face the 8th place Ozen Panthers.

PNG 8 vs. Ozen 0 PNG was just too much for the Ozen Panthers. Even with some adversity PNG handled them very easy. Ozen's only close game should come against Nederland.
Livingston 2 vs. PAM 1 Shocker here for PAM, Livingston came out with some great control and Impressive speed. Strength in the mid-field proved to be the key for Livingston.
Lumberton 1 vs. Nederland 0 This game was ugly. Lumberton played down to a horrible Nederland team. Although the game ended 1-0 it should have been more, Nederland's defense kept them in the game, don't expect much from their offense. Lumberton will bounce back nicely this tuesday. Nederland will have the lowest goal total ever in district this year.
Central 6 vs. Vidor 1 Central played pretty good against a very fast very physical Vidor team Friday. Central played great defense as a team to turn away alot of Vidors penetration into their defensive 1/3 of the field. On the attack Central made a lot of beautiful crosses through the middle for some nicely staggered attackers.
