No, Bulldogs have a great defense but they will not be able to shut Shug down. As bad as our defense has been, they are getting better. Going to be a shoot out with two teams coming to mid county madness with one loss. haha

Oh well, it doesn't matter. Shame on BH we are about to bring the hammer down on thee. Now we roll through this district like a warrior. Co-District champs whatever, we will see who goes farther in the playoffs.

I am certain that Nederland will not have the same luck they had last year against Shug. Make it what you want but our Defense will shut that Nederland Offense down and Shug can do whatever he wants on offense. Shug is going to make that Defense look silly, just watch and enjoy. Crosby has been practicing in a marsh getting ready for that crappy field.

I have said it before and i will say it again. Our defense is getting better every game, we will hold BH to 10 points i predict. The game against NEDERLAND will be less dramatic than everyone is expecting. We are going to blow them out, their fans should all be heading out by halftime. BH game should be a great game to get some people in that normally don't get to play. Maybe even some indianettes. HaHa

The only time i pull against Vidor is when they are playing my Indians. Although I would love to see Vidor win this game, it will make the Mid county madness that much sweeter to take the district championship at home in front of our fans. Vidor good luck, Dogs we will see you at the reservation, oh and clean the trophy up for us because it is coming home. Cherokee playing all night long.

Who needs teachers when all of our kids are going to be rappers, professional athletes, gamers. The time will come one day when we look back at our society and realize how stupid we are to pay people so much money for entertainment rather than the pay the people who are going to make this world a better place. Teachers are the base of the foundation of our civilization.

Let me just put it to you this way, we will let ya'll put 13 players on the field and you will not be able to stop Shug. Also our defense is getting better every game. When you play Port Neches you are playing the whole dang city and we bring it every week. Shug is going to roll ya'll up and smoke ya'll. Sounds of Cherokee playing in my head. I got to go get my hair cut now.

Never happen. Nederland is tight and facilities will collapse before the people of Nederland do something. Soooooo glad my kids go to Port Neches so they don't have to get tetanus shots just to go to school. RUN TO FAILURE

Nederland is not that important, as satisfying a W against them is. Shug's list of goals as an 8th grader was to be starting Qb by 10th grade, break PNG records, become the best player there ever, become the Longhorns 2019 Qb recruit, and take this team to a state championship win.
He was able to do all but one. Beating Nederland wasn't on that list because in the grand scheme of all those lofty goals, winning against a district foe was much too small and to be honest, expected. Maybe when PNG as a whole gets this mentality again some big changes can be made.
If you can't beat Nederland you are definitely not going very far in the playoffs so yes the Nederland game is very important to players and fans. If BF can't beat Nederland this year, I would hate to see how many for sale signs will be put in his yard.

I should have narrowed it down to the most memorable players ever, not greatest. I remember when I was young, PNG had a guy named Scott Young, he was called the bonzai guy or something, but he was really good. Hyped the crowd up.

Why the Alumni Bowl? Are the alumni playing this game? I liked the Beaumont Bowl. Battle for Beaumont Bowl. Big Boys Bowl. The Boom Shaka Laka Bowl. The Big Time Bowl. No Haters Bowl. Battle of the Beasts Bowl. "Alumni Bowl" that is a stupid name for such a great new rivalry.

The only team we have trouble against is Nederland. So we really don't worry about anyone else. haha

If you are a true NDN fan you have to believe even if it is a little crazy sometimes. We will WIN MCM and with Nederland losing to Crosby we will be District Champs.
