Probably as is most bordering communities seem to be rival games.Some you'd think it was a war and not a game. ;)

In 1963 I remember Liberty running up the score @ our house 72-6.The panther waterboy scored.We stank that night.Still want payback today guess that's why we don't play anymore.

Game i remember more than any @ Bronco stadium 1966 bi-dist game.Bronchos(how it was spelled back then)up 7-0 w/under 2 min.to play & Hardin-Jefferson driving.H-J scores 6 w/seconds left.H-J behind on penetrations goes for 2.Recievers are well covered and just before the qb gets sacked he lobs the ball right in the middle-up for grabs and the CENTER catches the arrant wobbly pass and the umpire signaled a score.There were fans furious on the Dayton side and the coaches ran on the field in protest.Protest denied H-J wins 8-7.Game protested in Austin,ruling stood as called.Tat game was a war defensively.We were p-oed for months/years.I posted a long time ago the game was w/HF and it was H-J >:( 8)

It's all about the arm @5'8-160 lbs.He's lethal on the % passes inside 30 yds.Ball floats on the longer downfield throws.Now that's the air balls you saw.I can remember a few of those for the Cubs,we snagged away ;D

Justin it was Dayton also in 2007 that took out your dist.foe Waller in the qtr.finals then took care of those Cubbies in 2008 when Green/Dugat went on a romp.Then in 2009 ya'll came back after being down all game to squeak out a win in the last 4 min.and went on to lose to Tivy the team we beat in 2008.Therefore I see it advantage=Dayton in a rematch since we also waxed KWP.Garrett Gilbert & Tyr Rollinson (2 of the top qb's in 4a )IS the only reason we're w/o a state title.Don't forget Waller again as we stomped a mudhole in the team that beat ya :D

That's some good news,chunk dat pig into 1 of the best secondaries da Bronx has had in a long time.2010 had 15 picks  :o ;)

I see the town name Mt Belview wasn't put on the new field but the billboard that lists the titles won up on 146 does  :D
