Lake Travis by 10.  People don't give their defense the credit they deserve.  Aledo is very good, but LT will return the favor this year by snapping the winning streak.  A healthy Aledo team barely beat a crippled LT team, last year.  Adjustments will be made, and their will be different outcome this year.

Aledo’s Johnathan Gray went 31-145 and a touchdown snapping Lake Travis’ 48 game win streak. Lake Travis QB and Tech commit Robert Brewer didn’t play.

Ya, they scored at the end to come back and win.  Bobby, were on the same page...  LT will have a huge chip on their shoulder, and I see it resulting in a 10 point win for the Cavs.  In the 09' playoffs, against a healthy LT, Malcolm Brown put up 299 yards for Steele, and they still lost.  Gray is a great player, (i think even better than Brown) but they will need more than just another sub-150 yard performance in order to get the win.  The Bearcats will need to get atleast 200+ yards out of Gray, to have a chance, and even then, I think LT will be too much.

Aledo is not just a one trick pony. They also return a pretty good QB in Matt bishop ( 66% 2700 yards  32 tds 6 pics) and a 1000 yard wr.

I was going to mention that Aledo had their QB coming back, and if I'm not mistaken they have more returners than LT this yr.

Trust me, i've seen Aledo up close, (  :-\ ) and they are very good.  Bishop was hurt when we played them, but I've seen the highlight reels.  I think LT is just too good, and has too much experience to lose.  It's hard to beat a good team, but it's darn near impossible to do it twice in a row.  Can't wait for this one!

I agree. As good as Aledo & JG is, LT is a MACHINE. 4 straight SC's is the result of near flawless execution. Only thing that stops LT is things like injuries. LT is breathtakingly good.
