2020VISION

Will be attending many United games as well as West Brook and some Nederland games. United to me is by far the most talented team in the area. If they don't make a run at state this year they will definitely be in the mix next year.

You know this really is sad, I created a topic for comments on two teams playing each other and Silsbee posters and others has taken it to talk about them and all you had to do was create a topic. SMH!!!!!

But, like the kids say these days, "my bad".
Now as for the other posts in this thread regarding transfers, I personally think it was healthy conversation.

I for one never though he would leave anyways i knew it was just the Silsbee kids inducting him into their click “The Wolfpack”. All these kids are closer than some think so sometimes you never know. But it’s just like anything you may hear you discuss it nothing negative was said about the kid so you can elax it ain’t that serious. PS : if he wasn’t good no one would discuss him lol!!!!!

I'm just curious why are some of y'all hating on Hayden Hefner? It's ok if you are, I'd just like to hear some basketball reason(s) as to why he's over-hyped or average or whatever.

I hate when ppl come for kids. This isn’t  your first time making snide remarks Soulja your not around these kids kids enough to even try and make an assumption about if he is good enough . What college coaches have you spoken with ,how many in your contacts I’m guessing  ZERO.im no expert either but I do talk to coaches a lot of them & have a bunch in my contacts . If you knew anything  about the game it’s always about upside. Quentin Grimes was not even close to where he is now as a fresh or soph. But it’s called development and that’s something you know nothing about obviously. In his class he has to be top 50 in the state of Texas and based on POTENTIAL  he could get to 6’6 -6’8  wing type which would put his recruitment on a whole other level.  Stop comparing summer ball to Hs ball they are like strawberries and grapes. Summer ball is about what you will play on the next level Hs ball is about what your teams needs you to in ordee to win .  STAY IN YO LANE !!!!! 

I haven't been a part of this message board for long but some of you are worse than my 15 year old players when it comes to the refs. 

I think so too because you would have the battle of Golden Triangle who get bragging rights as the best team. And plus we could have a LIL fun on here also. Silsbee will be battle tested when playoffs come from playing the bigger schools it worked for us last year and I believe it will this year. 

@kingjames I do the same with alot of these guys in Beaumont, so I'm definitely a little biased too. Also coached your son a few times during AAU season, so it's been hard to cheer on both teams when they play a team like Central. He's got a lot of heart, and that will take him a long way.
