You're right on with Angleton; I've got a bad feeling

I've seen both play this year.  BC will have the advantage in team speed and FW in execution.  DO NOT THINK FRIENDWOOD IS SLOW HOWEVER because they are not.  Think PNG with a faster offense with a bigger, better back.  QB and O-Line is about the same as PNG.  Defensively, FW has 2 really good linebackers (32 & 33 I believe).  They are right there with BC's #44.  I expect this to be a defensive game and big plays will control the outcome.  FW runs a lot of gadget plays and are liable to hit one of those flee-flicker double reverses for a huge play.  If I was setting the line I'd say Friendswood -3 1/2.

It also helps them to learn to fake injuries better in order to draw more flags!

The Hargett Brothers (Ed and George) that played for A&M came from Linden.  Since George is now my boss 40 something years later, I'll be rooting for Newton and not telling him  ;D ;D

A lot of REALLY SLOW dddddeeeeeevvvvvveeeeeelllllllooooooopppppiiiiiiiinnnnnnnggggggg plays.  I like really slow developing against the really quick front the Broncos bring....

I'd agree....has this wishbone running style taken off like the spread or something??  Is everyone running it now??  Wing-T, Slot-T, whatever in the heck it's called.

Jesus Christ what was all that anyway....conferences after every play and they sure didn't mind throwin the flags for the ticky tack stuff all night long.  How can you make a no huddle team play reeeeeaaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyyyyyyy slow??  Have a conference in the middle of the field after every play.  Jesus what a mess those guys were.  TD, dead ball foul, let's talk it out for 5 minutes and leave the players by themselves to talk back and forth.  Let Waller guy into Dayton huddle....WHAT DO YOU THINK WILL HAPPEN???  Why #4 was not ejected is beyond all reasonable explanation.  WHY THE WALLER COACH PUT HIM BACK INTO THE GAME IS BEYOND EVEN THAT!!!  Didn't really matter but they sure lost control of that game and left us all wondering how a 3 dead ball fouls, offsetting personal fouls, and a fight can somehow nullify a touchdown and give us a third and 25???  It didn't really matter but it sure did sully the whole experience for everyone.

Don't know much about El Campo yet....gotta do some research.  The way the defense is playing I've got a pretty good feeling about it.  The offense has been pretty good but you can really see the potential if they'd just put a complete game together.

Any word on the El Campo/Yates score?

Brenham fakes a punt or a field goal just about every game....PNG would have been right back in it had they stopped that.

The announcers must have just closed the door in the booth because it got awful quiet all the sudden.
