You don't hear much from cougs fans period... something about watching Dayton fans stroking one another isn't appealing. [/quote] Ahhh...that inadvertent whistle.  it was rainy and windy and the number one excuse was Dayton fumbling 5 or 6 times.  It was a great night for Crosby...once in a lifetime nearly.  However, I wouldn't expect Crosby to recover 9 fumbles in this one.  And before you get your pants in a wad look at how many times Crosby fumbled.

Who knows....the GP QB is so erratic.  They will have receivers open and those receivers will also make quite a few great catches.  If the GP QB is on then they will roll the hill but if he's not then the Hill will win by 7 -14.  The GP QB seems to throw it to option 1 on the progression regardless if option 1 is open or not.  He also does not throw deep well but continues to do it.

It's only 8 days until the 29th.  Coaches and kids are concentrating on NF as they should be.  Something gives me the feeling about halftime Friday the gameplanning will begin...probably for both teams.  Funny, this is the Crosby vs. Dayton Smack-A-Thon thread and has turned into the Dayton Posters talking to each other and the "Anti-Dayton" guy.  Where are the Crosby posters?  Could it be just that little seed of doubt has crept in...the one that's now festering and is blocking the motor skills of the Crosby collective?  I get it...like insurance agents you're practicing good risk management.  By saying nothing you keep the bird off the cooker....risk averse never hurt anybody.  But like your posterior carbuncle that little seed of fear has grown and now you're petrified....8 days from now the Broncos are coming and you're scared.

Man am I glad to hear this kid is ok.  There's a game to be played and smack to be talked, but it sure felt like a punch in the gut when I heard about this.  Regardless of football, when a kid at that age is seriously injured we all hurt knowing how much life they have in front of them.

Personally I like mine seared with a Cabernet Sauce.  Didn't think Crosby had the firepower to stay with GP...guess they do.  I'm still wondering how you give up points to Lee however.
