Where do all the Bulldogs hangout pre-game? I want to go there and start our winning early.

I get off of here for a few days and come back to the same old crap. Port Arthur crying. Port Arthur crying more. Port Arthur cries about everything. Vidor is a wannabe with a tricked up offense and coach that cries maybe more than PA fans. Nederland can't handle losing and they will lose again this year. LN couldn't hack it anymore and now the Black and Gold dynasty is going to be relegated to their natural status in district as looking up to big brother.

I will be needing to locate 3 tickets. If not I will have to tunnel my way into the game. Anyone have a drainage system map around Bulldog stadium? Also, this might get me scalped as I am a lifelong Indian, but I love the atmosphere playing Nederland in Nederland.

Port Arthur does not have much size but they hit and don't miss tackles. We had the size to move the ball on them but once a few of our kids took some hard pops it was over. Starting TB pulled himself out. QB was running timid looking for where the hit was coming from. We had a photographer take pics of the game for us. We had kids who literally were not touching anyone. Just standing there scared to get hit. PA won't give you anything and they run a simple offense. They just execute well. I am predicting Ned White vs Bmt in the Super Bowl.

Not hardly. We want to play but were shut down by the higher ups due to insurance issues. I think it is an excellent thing to do personally and our kids were excited to play.

Good luck to the winning teams. We had 4 kids quit and 2 starters who decided after the 1st quarter they were too sick to play. PA was hitting and our 7 year olds and first year 8 year olds were taking up the slack. We played our worst game of the year but PA beat us like a drum. Teaching point...... If your DE is getting blocked down on by the slot back when engaged with the tackle and consistently getting hit in the back, DO NOT ask the ref if it is an illegal play! 15 yards and threatened to be tossed with never raising my voice or being a jerk. I honestly have a ton of respect for the Jags and although I put 42-7 as my prediction (just to flame the fire) I know in my heart it will be a close hard hitting game from Central.

We used to play a flag football game in Nederland one year and WOS the next for board members on here. It was Jefferson County versus all the other counties. Lots of fun. Game was scheduled for 12. We got a call at 10 AM that the game was moved to 10:30 AM. We scrambled to get all the kids there safely but it is almost a 40 minute drive for most coming from Groves. So at 11:00 we had about half out team there and we were trying to get the kids stretched, etc. Head ref came over, we explained the schedule mess up and he knew and told us we just had to start by 11:15. One of the Lumberton assistants was throwing a fit and had his buddy ref come threaten us about 2 minutes after the head ref had walked off. Told us we were starting now whether we liked it or not and we can play with what we got. We pleaded our case and he was a smart@ss saying well kids are here so there is no excuse for everyone not to be there. Our head coach says it is our fault the schedule was (cuss word) up and he tossed him from the game. So after all this I get the kids lined up. Some didnt get to stretch. Get my captains and Lumberton White THEN sends their kids to the endzone to run thru a sign, do a pre-game prayer, etc while we stand there waiting. I asked the jerk ref and he says "well they are ready now aren't they". He (the jerk ref) then proceeded to flag us every single time we stopped them on 4th down. So much so the league requested the game film from Lumberton and they refused to turn it over. So our boys were punished for Lumberton switching the schedule and nobody informing us until 30 minutes before the new game time. Then had a jerk ref with a buddy on Lumberton come start trouble which resulted in our coach getting a 2 game suspension and really messing up the team. I had to call plays and had no idea what was in the playbook as I always coached defense. So I want another shot at them and all those Lumberton parents that talked trash the entire game from the sideline.

So the PN-G defense gives up less points per game than Vidor. Interesting.

I know we are game to put a team together to play. Do we have to do it outside STJFL?

I am sure it is no accident the two Lumberton teams drew possibly the two weakest teams in the pee wee. After our fiasco in Lumberton we just happened to draw PA in Beaumont at 8 AM. Anyways NED-B vs NED-G PNG-P vs PA WBB-W vs WBB-G WBB-B vs Vidor-G Lumberton -R vs PNG-G Lumberton-W vs Vidor- B Ned White and PNG White drew 1st round byes.
