i have nothing against them at all soulja1 just saw that lionfan was poking at pngproud and i cant have that lol, this person is rubbing it in because we had a terrible season due to bad coaching, go figure you know how i stand on the old burnett era.lol dont understand why he is bringing up the past it is old news all he needs to worry about is how bad they get their butts handed to them at the reservation this year, thats all dont think he will have the guts to take the bet though lol give me a call later and we will look at the scrimmage schedule and try to get a game plan as where we need to be lol

well lets see my picks for the upcoming season in no certain order; PNG lcm central ned you can take that to the bank, vidor might sneak in there for the fourth spot, not sure as of yet. I think LCM is up and coming with their new coach they have a 3 year starter at qb which is a big + and a good receiver corp, dont really no about their running game. As Soulja1 said dont really put much stock into 7-7 game it is more a timing tool with QB and receivers and good tool for db to practice covering their man, but until you get 11-11 it dont really mean a damn thing just fun to watch. Ned is iffy with noone really knowing which qb is gonna immerge to take control, injuries have hurt the dogs as of the last few years. Ozen dont know much about  them except that they always have talent according to the bmt faithful, Central always tough  speed speed and speed what can you say, but you can beat speed with discipline and patience, AS for the lions, well you just aint gonna win district with  a running game, you need to throw the ball, have a hard hitting stingy defense, and special teams to boot, sorry just dont see you making any noise ;[ The L train lost their steam for their  engine dont see them in the mix except that they may return to the cellar once again Then last but least their is my ndns, jv went 10-0 also , we have a solid group returning, everyone saying we cant replace Harmon, well hate to tell you but mr Bertrand is gonna be here two years and he will be every bit if not more exciting than Harmon was. Doty has a year of experience under his belt and should be a deep ball threat everytime he throws the ball  but i think it is his short passing game that is his strong point, Defense is where we look the weakest at being that we are looking for all the dbs  but with our coaching staff i dont think that will be a problem. I look for us to be in the mix but as everyone knows 10 - 0 was a terrific accomplishment but being realistic i dont see them doing that again

congrats to lcm and brook for a fine showing for southeast texas would have love to have seen the lcm lake travis game gave youll a two thumbs up

it is nice to see that vidors coach decided to play a tougher schedule in preseason this will help them i think, but i have to say this has the makings of a blowout . i just hope vidor doesnt quit and give up it is a rebuilding year for them and i think victories will be hard to come by as we always have a tough district good luck to both teams

I remember those days to and i think the best thing about seeing Lamarque out there in the endzone watching as we whipped up on one of those teams that was wishing they were playing someone else. they looked so confident walking out , talking all that noise all week long only to get their ends kicked all over the field, that was a good memory to reflect on, sure would like to make those trips again and see Stephensville one more time, now that we actually have a real coaching staff AND not a good ole boy from the 70s!  Good luck to the tribe and stay focused, stay hungry and lets abuse some eagles this week and send them home crying scratching their heads and wondering how they could go back and change their outcome one more time.lol Soulja you just thought i was in hiding, sorry couldnt meet up with you after the game, we had a scare in the stands and it wasnt a good thing for my daughter to see, i would like to thank all of the first responders for acting quickly and saving a mans life and doing a fine job at what they are trained to do, Thanks again with much respect, and a speedy recovery from your surgery hope everyone keeps you in their prayers i know i will.

  I just want to say it really doesnt matter which uniform the tribe wears, it will be the same outcome a NDN win and another loss for Barbers Hill for a second time  this fast rolling season!!!!  Man is it Friday yet?

well i have read this BS and now i will give my prediction, turnovers are the key as with all games played, i see a long painful 48 minutes in store for Barbers Hill, just as in game one. Well little eagles from a weak district in my opinion I'm glad to see you have some optimism left after going 5-5, which is something to be real proud of might i add. Realistically, yes we may be overrated at #5, but come Fridaynight at about 10:15 and your hearing 5-4-3-2-1-roar you will be taking a 15 ride back to hill ville crying and whining about bad calls horrible refs yada yada yada. PNG is primed and ready to go, after playing a Central team that was firing on all cylinders last Friday except in the kicking department is ready to kick some BH tail. Nice to see the other haters SFA87 and SFA85 whom i hear are even more hated at work than on this message board are still hating Lil. somethings will never change , PA Titan and BigD how are you fine gentlemen doing these days good i hope congrats on PA making playoffs hope yall represent well and go deep. As for Brenham looking forward to giving them a 2 and out also. All i can say is get ready for a heavy dose of Harmon  and good luck scoring on our defense, you wont be rewarded with many points for all of your hard work unless faircloth puts in the scrubs late in the 3rd quarter and give up some meaningless points as he did against Ozen, i like our chances in our district and look forward to getting a crack at angleton, heard they were making some noise out there with MR. Well it is hard to say considering we have only played two games. I was very impressed with the way the QB throws the deep ball he is very accurate. But Doty needs to know when to throw and when not to force it. I liked the way the new coach loaded up one side and ran the sweep it was very successful with harmon running the ball, and his backup in the second half running hard also. I can honestly say this whoever thinks that PNG doesnt have any talent they are sadly mistaken. I think Dron could catch the ball with all 11 defenders on his back blind folded at that, he makes all the catches look easy. And for the one who responded first, just let it be known that he did pull the starters early in the third and it would have been very embarrassing for Crosby had he not done so. Crosby had no answer for anything we did. I just hope that we continue to improve, i havent heard from anyone about what or how Texas City has faired this year, didnt get to see them last year so i am eager for next weeks game to see how we match up. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and it wont rain, lol. I am glad that we are already seeing cooler weather and hopefully that we will keep winning well into district play.

I think their coach is keeping it simple to keep their egos in check. Afterall they are picked to win district based on the sole fact that they are binging back alot of seniors. I like the saying the harder the preseason the better it will make you later. I think vidors coach should be scheduling some playoff caliber teams to better his team. Just my opinion not trying to ruffle any feathers lol.

They may change the stadium, but they will never change the beating of our hearts!!!! Hell i can remeber playing paper football in the grass behind the student section. It is amazing to say the least to see that kids are still doing now what we did when we were young. I cant wait to see the new stadium, but after seeing Nederlands scoreboard, it will be hard to top that.

The one and only. you know me i tell it like it is. If you dont want to hear the truth close your eyes, shut your mouth, and cover your ears. It aint easy being cheesy, but 5-0 in district regardless of statistics or rankings is pretty sweet right now. Hope the NDNS play with some serious intensity these next two weeks.

The way i see right now we hold the tie breaker over Ned and Lumberton. These two have not yet played each other, so one of them will suffer another loss. We have to beat Central and after we do that then we will be in the drivers seat. At the same time Ned also has to play Dayton this week, so essentially it is do or die for both teams this week and next week. I am looking forward to facing Central this week and making up for the bad game we played last week against Vidor. hopefully we wont have the same refs. But like they said it will all be alot clearer after this friday night. I am not going to be like New indian and want to burn ya houses down. That is just plain Rediculous, but anyway hope my NDNs keep bringing the wood.

I see PNG winning 38 -14. Not taking anyything away from Vidor. I think that they will give us a good game but see them getting thrashed by our offense in the second half. Tatum was on a roll last week against the Raiders, hopefully he comes out focused and disects the secondary again this week. Hemmings will be carrying the ball with authority and it will be a tough job stopping him.
