Beaumont Legacy Christian Academy is looking for a game next Tuesday, December 6th.
Contact Hank Hargraves at 409-466-8898

No go back and look at the stat book. Because Roman outscored him and out played him thats why Kountze came away with the win.
not that it matters...but, Thomas had 31 and Walker had 25. Walker will be the best player in 23AA without a doubt and one of the best in southeast texas this year.

What about Chambers County?

EC vs. HF is Thursday night at 7 pm in Winnie.
-
EC won, I think the final was 12-5. If not, it was close to that.
Trey Lambert threw a complete game for the win.
JT Hallmark and Lambert had back to back HRs for EC. It was Hallmark's 6th of the year.

EC 12 Warren 2

10-0 Warren, final
Must be thinking of softball...EC won 12-2 in 5 innings.
-
Tramain Thomas 22 points 10 rebounds
Carlos Trevino 13 points
-
EC
Tramain Thomas 28 points-4 3s
Vance McDonald 24 points-4 3s
-
Tramain was 14 of 19 from the FT line Friday night against Hardin.
-
For EC:
Tramain Thomas 37 points 13 rebounds
Vance McDonald 12 points 12 rebounds
Marsh had around 25 for Hardin. He is a great player.

EC and Kountze have met in the regional finals two of the last three years. And the other year both were in the regional tournament. Arp beat EC in the semis and Kountze in the regional finals on their way to the state title.

HA!!! No pun intended?!?! What few muscles I do have are now sore!!! It was no problem, really. I know you would have done the same for me.

Tramain is a special young man. Anahuac ran a box and 1 on him and the other guys were making shots...so Tramain kept feeding them. He had 10 points, 10 assists, and 8 rebounds. Donte Raymond had a good game with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Freshman Adam Davis added 12. Vance McDonald scored 11. It was a team effort by the Bucs.
-
So let me get this right....With Boutte, he is great due to great talent, and Sutherland is just a heck of a coach? Is that the assumption?..Just asking..By the way, I think Todd is one heck of a coach, and a good guy too...for the record.
I think he was saying that Coach Boutte is the best coach and Tramain is the most talented coachable player in the area.
-
Great win, Bucs...how many did Thomas drop?
Tramain had 29 points and 15 rebounds.
-
Chapel Hill has a solid post and a couple of shooters that can light it up. They are a solid club.
EC won their second game over Denton Guyer. 64-54, i think was the final.

"Velastro was a nothng more than an assistant on a state team"
Coach Valastro has three state championship rings. Two as an assistant, and one as a head coach.

I agree...to say that Tramain is afraid or scared is absolutely asinine. Anyone that has watched him play throughout his career knows that. And anyone who has seen him play this year knows that he was not 100% last night. He was injured during the second half of the Buna game. He sat out of practice Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. He did go through run throughs on Thursday and thought he'd be able to go, but wasn't. Plus, he had 87 tackles on the year going into this game. Doesn't sound like someone scared of contact.
Now, don't jump to the conclusion that I'm saying the only reason EC lost was because Tramain was hurt, because I'm not. Injuries, as stated earlier, are a part of sports on all levels. And, when a key player goes down, other players must step up. Well, EC's did not. Kountze straight up outplayed EC and won. Congrats on the win and good luck to all 24AA teams in the playoffs...whoever they may be!!
