They can't keep coaches because of how "some" in the community act when things aren't going the way they think it should.  What needs to happen is to hire a coaching staff...and then leave them alone to coach.  Consistency will bring improvement.  But if they're expecting state championships then they're going to keep running through coaches.  
I've literally had coaching friends tell me they wouldn't consider going to HF because of how they've heard parents are there.  Maybe they aren't as bad as I hear...but perception is reality. You can't have a combination of "don't pay anything" and crazy parents.  Might get away with one or the other but having both is a death sentence.

100% agree!!!

I wish BISD would revisit all the zoning of the Elementaries and Middle Schools.  There is no reason why all 3 schools could be 5A.  It would save money in transportation plus WB wouldn't be at the mercy of the insanity which is map reading by the UIL

Buna just gave HF a good old fashion butt whipping; HF's Offensive and Defensive lines got man handled. The Horns just played flat the whole game and when we did something good we would turn around and shoot ourselves in the foot. Heck even the HF fan base was not up for the game like they were for Lumberton & EC. Maybe the Horns are little overrated and Buna was underrated? I would like to think the Horns were just tired and weren't used to being back in school; especially after the emotional high they just came off of from beating EC. That is what you get with a young team; I think HF has like 6-7 Soph & 1 Fresh starting on offense and defense. Good luck to both squads this week.

I hear a lot of chatter about what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. What I am not reading is how to fix it. I am assuming with all the experts on here, someone must have some advice on how to fix the problem. 
I'm just and HF fan on here rooting for my team and talking a little noise. I am not discrediting the other teams I am just stating that I believe my team is better. 
It's been 2 games and they have given up 72 points and now all of a sudden everything is bad.
Get with me in 4 weeks if they continue to get worse and don't win another game, until then just sit back relax, and enjoy the show, be a fan, and root the HORNS on to victory.
