We have a RB who will most likely be in the backfield with Deslatte next season that is very very fast. He is a 9th grader on JV this year

Hats off to Crosby. They were very bit as billed on offense. This could have been either team's game. Coach Faircloth said after the game that he was doing his best to make sure PNG had the ball last. Had he not the outcome would have been the other way. I was talking to a Crosby fan after the game and told her this is the type of game where you feel bad for the team who did not win because they both played their hearts out. Congrats on a fine season Crosby. I hate someone had to lose this game. How many returners does Crosby have? PN-G has 9 10th graders on the team.

Rest assured PNG will never take Crosby for granted. They can't they have no choice.

I believe it was his son that attended the game. Week before last we had two PN-G greats perform the coin toss. Mike Simpson and Former Longhorn OC Greg Davis a very cool night at the Reservation.

Heartbreaking

Newton will win state this season. The last time they won state I saw them play in Lufkin a couple of games before the State Game. I believe it was against Hughes Springs.This Newton team is better statistically than that team

I wasnt going to bring this up, but since you did. Last night the PN-G fans sitting near me starting cheering for the Ozen players when they made a good play. I looked at them with a funny look and they said that those kids deserve to be recognized too. Towards the end of the game there was a pretty good cheering section for Ozen when they would make a play.
