Please yall don't get ur hopes up. That d-line probably the best to play there in many years. ND the offense can't be stopped !! 42-0. To b honest they don't have a prayer. Starters will b out the game by the 3rd quarter.

I'm with you on that one. I'm not given up on Central yet. One game doesn't defile this team .WB game to many mental mistakes that can b corrected. A couple wins everything will look different.

They want be a pushover for most teams at all. And I will go as far to say them and png I think can go a couple rounds deep in the playoffs. But the problem facing a West orange defense they will struggle! !one demensional.and when u have a nose guard and a tackle that for the most part are unblock able. And the speed that the defense has is scary.they are on hudl .check them out urself. And to make matters even worse they will score 50 on them.

I agree. But if any team in setx that I'm worried about its Silsbee. I just finished watching the game on hudl.i want all our area teams to do well.first of all png physically beat them up front on both sides of the ball.and I truly don't know if the kids up front can handle tough teams up front.even though u have 2 gud backs.reminded me alot central oline last year.second png didn't do anything special on offense to throw Silsbee defense off. The DC should have a least tried to take away something that he knew was coming. At least put more men in the box to stop the run.or something just to slow them down.and on offense I'm not sold on the qb yet. I know he only threw a few times but he had kids open and couldn't improvise to come off his initial read.and hit someone else. Third: the headcoach trying to get these kids to run his system. Doesn't always work when u don't have the personal to do it. He has to do what those kids do best and mold some of his stuff with it. Remember w.o. tried it. in a couple of months and it didn't work either and they hurried up back to the Spread . hopefully by district he will figure something out bc they do have athletes over there but there not been used properly! !

Silsbee has to much talent to get beat like that !! The coach needs to learn his personal. He has kids that are gud on the perimeter. U just can't change things ND make dem a run oriented team with the 2rb's. The line isn't there yet. But on the other hand png will beat alot of ppl this year.

Sometimes we want our team to b better then wat they really are. Nederland is gud bc of neumann getting the best out of his kids. They are not afraid to play anyone. And that's wonderful! But in reality if u match Nederland secondary against those receivers it's not a gud matchup.and if u match Nederland receiver against w.o. corners with and inexperience qb spells disaster. They will fight to end ND b better bc of it. And neumann will have it all figured out by district. But don't feel bad afterwards. bc jack ND his crew is gonna b a tough outing for everybody.

I agree with you that this year team is perhaps the hardest working team dat Toby has had since he has been there. I'm not knocking the other years.these kids been putting in work. And not to defend the coach but I look at it from every angle. With an all-american running back last year.how many times did he touch the ball and they had 3 defenders waiting on him?? Yung ND poor blocking.better yet what abt the playoff game against king. Yeah he fumbled but how many key stops did the defense have?? All and all I think it truly has made dem a better team bc of it.

LOL , yes that's the scary part of it !!trust me I know he will only get better. Every athlete has something that they need to work on.and route running and getting off a jam will b his.and right out the box against PNG want b no cake walk.very discipline team.

I think central qb is alot better then he was last year!! If central is able to slow down WB running game and put the pressure on the WB qb to make throws.i really think central will win. Central will b able to throw alot of underneath throws that will help them. I know WB corner D.Henson can play but he is only on one side.

I have too !! I'm only saying watch his route running on anything underneath. But we both can agree he is very smooth wen he does get it he can take it to the house.i think it's sky's the limit for him. I've watched him last year to dis year.even from 7 on 7.to both there scrimmage. I just think route running has to get better !! If not he will make his self easy to cover.

The kid is very athletic! ! I would like to see him run routes besides a simple go route or a hitch route makes him easy to cover.bcz if any dB coach run cover 2 on him would give him problems. I'm quite sure everyone outta know by now he can run with that size.

Hate to tell you my friend it want happen. Weather conditions want b a factor. Wat big NED has to do if they have any chance is take away the slot receivers. They are deadly! ! W.o. want be this team that gets in a huddle and call a running play and expect it to work.dats not there style bc they are undersized. Wat makes the running game go is there up tempo offense that they run .it wat opens up the running game. ND after a short pass here it comes!! Ur welcome research from last yr run. It's there ace in the whole against teams that have them big boys up front. If they bliss they will throw a bunch of screens. But it still will b a great game bc of neumann.

Trust me they need him. Silsbee d-line dominant against ozen. The kids is perhaps there best defensive player. Really didn't look like they didn't need him bc ozen oline decided not to block most of the scrimmage. ND wit ozen qb not in rhythm wit his receivers wasn't pretty. I'm hoping wit all the changes by district ozen will b better

I can see why you said win by 10 points. And it will be a great game.and I don't think Silsbee is quite ready yet either. I don't think that they will be able to run on png.but I think that they will be able to make a few plays through the air. I think png running game out the gate will give them a few problems. And they do have a great kicker. I hope Silsbee can get it together with there kicking issues.

I truly believe this game is huge for Central. Getting off to season opening victory could go a long way for them.i believe they need a confidence builder out the gate. Low scoring game thou !!

I believe it will. I know a bunch of the kids. But I'll b happy to ask this question too.can they beat big NED and png ?? I have no clue. Seems like every year they play them close til late in the game.and they get hit in the mouth and don't respond back.i know central beat png a few years ago . But all and all can they beat those 2 teams this year.

And bc of his coaching methods of getting the best out of his kids. They will b a touch task to beat in there district.

Yes I do !! Trying to cut a guy 30yds down field doesn't make sense especially in a scrimmage. Easy way to get rolled up.lol, the guy they should have cut they didn't do it. ND dat was the nose guard Mandel. Bc he gave dat center the business.

I thought some of the vidor guys went to for with the cut blocks 20 and 30 yards down the field.it didn't make sense.we are all from setx.we should be cheering each other on trying to make each other better. Some players can't forget it's just a scrimmage and it doesn't count.i love how vidor was trying to get physical but they have to stay within the limits with some of there cut blocks which doesn't have anything to do with the outcome of a play.beating w.o. in a scrimmage is meaningless but getting better is the objective! !

We all kno that Nederland will come to play.but one of the things I luv abt neumann is that he knows it's all abt his team getting better.and that's one of the reasons why I wouldn't bet against him to win the District. This early in the season u have to favor w.o. bc of there receivers , d-line,and cornerbacks this early in the season will make it tough for Nederland to overcome.

But it's like this.i cheer for all setx schools.if one thing could change for all our setx teams I wish it be been able to control the line of scrimmage better . football has ND always will b won in the trenches. And I think that's where dfw,Houston, ND east Texas separate them selves from us.take for instant katy.sure they have been great for over 25 plus years . offense never changes. They are gonna run it 85% of the time and teams can't stop it.and on the other side of the ball they are very physical with teams.not to mention Navasota, gilmers,George ranch,Carthage. And i truly luv some of the coaches in our area.and I truly believe that is why w.o. will b able to play for the title again!! Bc one of there strength is the d-line.to go with everything dat makes them a pretty gud team.
