Bcz they have a bye the last week of the season I really think that benefits them for the playoffs. Bcz they heal up if anyone is injured. I really do expect them to get through the first 2 rounds easy.

And they should be.i have all the respect for Nederland. I think they're well coached and a hard nose team.but the only difference is png has #2.easily the best QB in the state.other than that.i think they both are equal.ik ned will come up with a plan to slow him down.but it's simple in 2wks.if they can't stop RJ they will lose.if they do.they win.but it's bad I can't say anything abt crosby.when u lose ur leader hard to win.so my heart goes out them.

Every team in D2 has there issue. This is a year that everyone can beat everyone. That's why I hate that silsbee and jasper don't play. I just wanted everyone to see that the backs on both teams are abt equal. Things ppl didn't see.was the airline kid broke tackles and took it to the house.and if u watched the jasper game the kid didn't get touched bcz the defense was out of position.and 2 of those kids that played against jasper doesn't start anymore for w.o .next year it will be the year of the backs.for jasper and silsbee.so w.o O/C really have to step his game up.and I know the this might sound crazy. But in the playoffs I would want w.o to play jasper again than silsbee. Bcz silsbee matches up really well with our wrs.bcz u dont kno if cooper and sibley will be 100 %down the stretch.

I dont know if u got a chance to see.that teams in 4A D2 are struggling. Even pleasant groves had to come back and win.and gilmer is struggling. Things are wide open. So as long as they improve.there chances are as gud as anybodies.

Attitude is everything something are meant to be.i remember like it was yesterday.that L a w.o team took at home in 1986 to certain team.and not to look ahead.but it is what it is.jasper and w.o are just on a collision coarse.come 3rd round where both teams will be playing there best ball.chips will fall where they may.just like back then we wasnt ready to be on that level and it showed.same thing this year when they played.they wasnt ready!!hopefully ur back by then.

Rj doesn't count bcz he is on a whole nother level.the sizes up front was a huge disadvantage on both sides.santa fe is a real discipline team with no size.if there a better QB than #2 in Texas I like to see him.but I hate to say this.if png defense doesn't continue to get better by time they reach the playoffs it will be a short one.i can say this Nederland vs png is fixing to be a classic again!!

Smdh.but on a gud note.the QB threw alot better.and at least the defense wasn't all out of position. They left a couple scores on the field.but at least the QB played better.these days u have to score.and at this point in the season they will only get better.this is truly a late blooming team.

It is.the game is won in the trenches on every level.and WB is not on that level on playing with the big boys.

Well I hate to say it but I'm going watch png and Santa fe tonite. It will be a better game.i can't see w.o scoring under 40 points tonite.the few adjustments that coach T has made will be huge.he truly gave a couple kids there chances and now he says it's time for the 2nd phase.which alot of things that has been going wrong gets corrected.outta make alot of us happy that he's really been getting involved more with the offensive play calling. If ever he has put a stamp on one game at a time.its this year.and cooper is finally healthy.

Silsbee has too many athletes and liberty has to try to stop to many backs that can take it to the house.ive watched everyone in the district play.silsbee by at least 3 scores. I've stated this once before.that I think Barlow from newton is the best back in 3a or 4a.in setx.but then its kid from jasper,3 from silsbee,cooper at w.o if health.are all abt the same.

Im worried abt them too.im really hoping that a couple kids get changed out.bcz they're not doing there job.the jasper game and the silsbee game didn't help.

Bmtsoulja 1.after watching LCM and Splendora play last friday.i was so impressed with play calling.and with all the talent at w.o and silsbee that's why the unknown how far they will go in the playoffs. Ik we both have young QBs but u can do the things that they best and go from there.

I'm hoping so too.but our play calling has to get better.and put u points as they go.kids confidence will grow IF that happens. And then they will be a team that no one wants to play come playoffs time.

I totally agree with you. Its we're in a era where u have to score!! I dont care what classification it is high school, college, or pro.u have to put up points and hopefully ur defense gets a few stops here and there.take Manvel and highland park last year.manvel would've scored 50 on any 6A or 5A schools around. Question was could they get stops.so PNG has just as gud of a chance as anyone.and sorry to go there that's why I'm so frustrated with the old time play calling that w.o has.no creativity.just calling a play and hoping someone makes a play.and then hoping ur defense can stop teams.i truly believe that Nederland and PNG will at least go 3 rounds deep.

Me too. W.o offense and defense needs the work. If they start back with the basics w.o will be scary come playoff time. I'm quite sure they will win. But its abt knowing ur assignments.

Yes I'm sure.they dont get involved with that at all.never have !! One of the assistance from the the other campus use to help from time to time.but most of the kids do it themselves with there parents.and most of the players that go to college come from the defense side of the ball.bcz they put there best athletes on defense.

The funny part is watch how many kids he gets in college in the next couple years.ill admit he still has things to learn coaching wise.but he gets kids to school.and I'm not shooting at shot at anyone in particular.but here's one for u.since 1978 how many kids u think w.o coaches has help get to college?? Easy 0 !!and now this year.u have an OC that only has 6 plays in his book.and doesn't have an idea on how to help the kids out with coaching. So toby has things to work on.so do alot of teams.

But the QB looks gud throwing the ball.really glad to see these kids to continue to compete.

10 -7. Splendora. Lol , watching this same team that w.o beat 47-0. Thought I would never in my life say this.LCM calls better plays. Than us !!LCM may lose but i can honestly say that I'm very impressed with both teams play calling.
