Justme makes a good point. At some schools you have to start from scratch and some places you just fine tune.
With that said, I'll throw Gil Stalbaum into the mix, the numbers don't lie.
-
Good for Jeff, I'm glad it worked out for him.
-
Who is looking good for third in that district?
-
Go, how did you get your computer to auto-post at 7:30 am? I know you aren't able to function that early in the morning.
-
Doesn't matter, they just reload.
-
Boy did you take that wrong.
I just wanted to know about your game.
Ease up.
Check your pm.

Can you guys elaborate on what Huffman's coach did to show "watermelons" for those of us who weren't there?
-
Two grannies in one game. Wow!
How many innings did this one take?
-
Hey farmer, the score would have been enough. Let sleeping dogs lie. There are some key matchups tonight in this district, Splendora/Coldspring and Kingwood Park/Tarkington. Should be fun.
-
Hopefully rain doesn't win this one.
-
Not by me. Told you Splendora would make it interesting.
-
This is about the time of the season that Splendora usually decides that it's time to play ball and runs off a streak that puts them in the playoffs. Don't be shocked if they give KP a good battle.
-
doesn't matter, it could be by squeeze, homerun, 10 runs or 1...losing is losing and it sucks any way it comes about!
-
Did Salter play basketball?
-
KP is solid, well coached. This district race is going to be fun.
-
Anybody know how this one came out?
-
Wow!
The bigger they are, the harder they fall.
-
Just curious, what was Big Sandy ranked going into the tournament?
-
Hardin went to Woden, then Woden went to Hardin in '87. Both were non-district games.
-
I am confused. Who beat Woden twice and in what year? It was not '87. Woden beat Hardin by 30 the first time and about 10 the second time. Then Hardin beat Woden at Woodville. The kid from Broaddus was Harold Hale.
-
Yea, takes me back too. Our post had mono and another starter got his ankle broken in the last district game. We looked past Hardin and it cost us our season.
-
The battle inside should be a good one, Coldspring has a beast as well. If this game is close, free throw shooting could spell the end of the Trojans. The team that dictates the tempo will win this game.
-
It shouldn't be that much of a shock. They are young, but the kids came from the Humble/Kingwood middle schools. They improved every game and are well coached. That being said, Silsbee by 7.
-
Splendora has gotten spoiled a little over the past few years. They were a little down this year, but "outcoached", I didn't see that. Ask around, Coach Vela is one guy that gets the most out of his players night in and night out.

The Horns have to beat Liberty on Friday or there will be no game on Saturday. Don't start counting chickens.
