[/quote] That is the first post of yours I agree with.  I totally support new schools, getting kids out of portables, adding teachers to reduce class size.  These are the things that actually benefit all of the BISD students!  Raise my taxes every years if they are improving educational facilities.

Maybe because we actually care about spending money on what schools are for.  EDUCATING THE KIDS.  If BISD blows all their money (not saying that they are)and do not do their job, then I (we) will be taking care of another generation of uneducated, uninspired Americans through my taxes. Don't worry though...Obama will fix everything.

I heard that MamaJag was coming out of retirement for the halftime show.  I hope she has been practicing her splits lately.  ;D On a serious note, I have stated before that anyone who predicts huge wins week in and week out really know nothing about football. I think they do this so that when it happens every once and and while they can say that they called it.  This is a tough district with good teams.  Central will be ready to play and so will PNG.  I am picking Png by 10.

I think you need to quit taking your kids Ritalin and chill out a bit.  If BISD wants to build a nice facility for the district, I think that is great.  Lets face it, BISD could use a new, updated facility.  There is no reason not to build it  This worked in PAISD for several years before the merger.  However, if you are going to build a new facility, why would you design it to only hold 10K people (that is what I heard, not sure if it is true.) Also, has anyone considered the cost of transporting the teams, cheerleaders, band etc. to a facility for all 3 teams each week?  Just a thought. 

This is great...it is only Sunday and there is so much smack already.   [color=maroon]Souja[/color] - I commend you for standing tall for your Jags and have seen you congratulate the opposing team after they have beat the Jags.  I thins this will be the cast on Saturday morning also.  That said, it could go either way and I will be congratulating you if it works out in your favor.   Unfortunately, we cannot weed out all the posters that use this forum to say stupid things or to just mess with people.  I actually like to read and comment with posters that are knowledgeable about football and the teams that are playing.  Usually people that say one team is going to win big (25+ points) are simply stupid and have not really analyzed the teams that are playing.  If you look at these two teams from top to bottom, offense, defense, special teams, player talent and coaching, one could make a reasonable argument that either team could win based on their own biased opinions.  That is just what these are opinions.   In my admittedly biased opinion, I see PNG winning by 7 - 10 points based on their superior defense and balanced offense.  Special teams is the only area that I would like to see more improvement.  If we kick it deep, we do not cover as well as we could and if we kick a pooch on the kickoff, we give the opposition good starting field position.

Lionfan - You are a joke..disappear for weeks at a time and then show up to talk trash to Souja and the dedicated jag fans.  Maybe if you would support your team instead of jumping on and off, we would not give you a hard time about you post.  I know that you are still new to 20-4A but in this district we support our teams no matter what.  Maybe you need to go back to you previous district where that is acceptable.  Souja - I know that I give you grief a lot but I got your back on this one.  Play that game again today and you guys blow the little lions out.  Pirates - Put these guys in there rightful place for week 11.  That would be at home playing with their farm animals and watching the real district team in the playoffs.  Vidor 50 Livingston 7

Bring back Mike Owens!  Remember how the Yellow Jacket alums ran him out of town because he was such a terrible coach.  (See his record in Tyler)  Bottom line is that since the early 90s PAISD had made terrible decision after terrible decision(See Dean Colbert) regarding the football program and these coaches have wasted the incredible talent in PA.(Charles, Johnson ...to many to list)  PAISD needs to get out of the mentality of the local boy done good and hire a quality, proven coach.  Then give said coach the facilities, power and assistant coaches and needed for a real 5A program to be successful.    How is it possible that we have merged SFA, Lincoln and Jefferson into one Memorial High School and Memorial probably could not beat the Lincoln or Jefferson teams of the past.  I, for one, am fed up with the entire PAISD school board and administration from an athletics standpoint.  This is a joke that we get the results we do with the talent pool we have to pull from. Ok my rant is over. If I offended anyone, I apologize in advance.  But this is how I see it. 

The game should be a good one.  As a NDN fan, I hated to see the Jags choke last night.  I wanted two undefeated teams to battle for the title.  I see PNG winning by 10.  Souja - It is still not too late to "Come on over to the other side" MamaJag - Why so serious about the halftime show.  The Jags band is always entertaining and leave the crowd smiling.  You should be proud if you were the young lady that did the split last year.  If not, you could still take credit for it.  It was awesome.  I missed it live last year but saw it on Youtube. Lets go NDNs in week 10......Lets go NDNs and Jags week 11!

Here we go again.  Vidor can't just get beat by a better team.  It is always the refs. fault.  Like Dennis Green said" They are who we thought they were!"  Second tier team as usual.

How much time left

I believe that Souja has Purple Envy.  He is on our board posts more than his own. Souja openly roots against us weekly but deep down in places you do not talk about he is cheering for the NDNs.  Words like Pride, Tradition, and Honor describe the PNG faithful.  He wants this in his heart, he needs this in his heart.  Souja, go ahead, step out and embrace the purple that is secretly flowing through your veins.   Stop resisting you urges and be proud! Stand tall and be counted amongst the ranks of the Indian faithful.  We will welcome you to the Reservation with open arms.  You will finally feel like you have found your home.  We will not ask you questions about your loyalties, we will not subject you to criticism, we will not judge you for the years of witholding your true identity, we will openly and unconditionally accept you and your true feelings for the Indians.  You will no longer need to wear other school colors to mask the purple inside.   [b][color=purple]PNG fans[/color][/b] - Let's show Souja the love and acceptance he so desperately wants and needs.  Let him know that we are here to support him and all other NDN fans and players. Souja - The next step is yours!  Step out of your Central closet and be Proud of your Purple Passion!  

PNG Wins this week and Central wins this week.  It sets up very similar to the 89-90 PNG-WOS season finale.  Except WOS was also 9-0 that year.  Not looking past Ozen but the likelihood of Ozen winning is minuscule.  Bring on Souja and the Central boys.  I think that will be a great game.  I just hope all the players stay healthy this week so Souja will have no excuses when we put it on his Jags. 

After starting 8 -0, Faircloth's job actually gets harder.  Keep the kids focused on executing the game plan and we handle Ozen easily.  Ban the players from reading the papers and the message boards that say they are unbeatable and we handle Ozen easily.  Let the adults talk trash and get the big head, no problem.  If the players get the big head, we could be in trouble. That said, I think Faircloth has done a remarkable job implementing a new system, surrounding himself with great coaches and making believers of his players.  The players I know seem to be really focused on Ozen, although it would be easy to overlook them with the Central game looming. Great job PNG coaches and players!  Stay focused! Stay hungry! Stay unbeaten!

As always, you never know what is going to happen; that is why we actually play the game.  However,  the balance that the PNG offense has and the consistently strong defense they have played to this point in the season, this looks like a Win on paper.  We will find out soon!  Go NDS!

PNG - Lumberton game will be closer than the Vidor and Livingston games because the NDNs will have to prepare for a multi-dimensional offense instead of just loading the box. However, I still see this a a 2 TD win for the NDNs. PNG 31 - Lumberton 17
