I might be wrong about this but i believe that the scoreboard is being paid for through advertising revenue, for a given period of time and then once it is paid off the money will go into the booster club. No replays is because the A/V Teacher/ Basketball Coach got let go.

I really think this needs to be shutdown before it even gets started.
