A&M is young but getting better.  They lost to Saint Louis and Southern this year and didn't really have a decent win until today.  Their next game against #11 Florida will be a good measuring stick.

Big win on the road at Rupp in their first SEC road game! A&M        83 Kentucky  71 Elston Turner with 40 points.  A&M is now 12-3 on the year.

A lot of kids that don't qualify academically go JUCO for a year to get their grades up and then transfer to a D1.  There are some very highly rated players that play JUCO because they don't have the grades coming out of HS.

Just woke up in Fort Worth on a Friday morning and OU still sucks!

In less than 24 hours I'll be headed to the Cotton Bowl and I just remembered how back OU sucks!

They updated the record.  Allen vs. Lamar is now the 2nd most attended game only 1,574 people behind PN-G.  If they keep having all of the state games back to back, this record will be broken sometime soon.  There should be a huge asterick by the number since it takes 6 teams to get close to the record.
