I do think he should have recused himself from this game even though I think he did a fine job. Just rewatching the game, he seemed to be the senior official. When the other refs had questions, they went to him. He has reffed at some high levels including college. The chain gang was from Vidor. Maybe they gave us some 9 yard 1st downs. 😀

Some SOC people are posting his TASO card online that includes his home address. Is this public info? Doesn’t seem very safe to be doxing officials and posting their personal info online.

He is single with no kids. It’s alot easier for him to pack up and move than someone with family involved in the district. If he did leave, I would give the job to McDaniel on the spot.
