JT will have to get the running game going so, Woods can ease into the game. Rushing him and he will make mistakes which is something that JT doesn't needs to happen in the game.

John Tyler is coming off a 27-23 ugly win over the Ennis Lions. Ennis offense did its job by keeping the Cujo offense on the sidelines. JT on the other hand, did makes some good changes in the second half to put out the win. However, Cujo still has some things to clean up going into the game with Lufkin. On that note, the Lions did cute out of the fumbles that plague them in the first game against Plano West. 

Lufkin is coming off a good win over Nacogdoches. Where the Panthers won 40 something to 28. This is third straight win over Nacogdoches with help the Panthers move in the win column. Now Lufkin Focus their attention on JT in the attempt to break a three game losing streak to the Lions. While JT is looking to make it four straight win over the Panthers, and the straight win over Lufkin in Lufkin.

These two teams will meet at John Tyler High School to work on their issues before the season starts on the first.

This is will be first time the new QB for JT will have the to show what he can do. He also will be breaking in a new offense that helped JT reach the semifinals in 2012.

Well it is the last thing to not get rebuilt in the stadium. People don't show for Lee because they aren't winning. However, when it comes to JT there shouldn't be a empty in the home, but there is.
