What day do you predict that the 'housecleaning' will begin for that football team from old town Beaumont? The new dirty dozen polls... Thoughts? Katy cleaning LaPorte's clock. Are you suprised? Thoughts on Nederland beating the #1 team in state while also beating the zebras.
im not answering any of that, you're the same person who said PN-G would beat North Shore in bball. LMAO! ;D -

I was talking to some buddies and Steele did the something to Port Arthur Memorial last year. I saw at least 4 game videos on them that Saturday before the game then on that Monday I looked again they were gone. LOL I don't think it would of helped in the out come at all.
Try telling Mack Brown that lol
i know right, has a whole channel to provide opponents tips for victory smh -

I can only surmise that he was trying to stamp in his players minds how important this game is. IMO, I think it probably is the two most talented teams. However, whichever wins, is going to have a hard time getting mentally prepared for the following week.
I dont disagree with you, but if they win this game and have a prob getting ready for a State Semifinal game the next week something is wrong IMO.
Especially in Navasota's case..getting up mentally and physically for three straight tough challenges..i realize it is the state semi's but at 100%? Will be hard to do. Even the Mustangs after their game of the year (should we win), I think it would be hard to get up emotionally after a game like that no matter what. Guess what I am trying not so well to say is this will be an emotional, leave it all on the field type of game. Hopefully the winner will have something left in their tank.
8)

I posted this because I was very surprised that Coach Thompson made that statement. If true (which I just received word by the reporter himself that it is) then I believe it to be somewhat news worthy. You need to take your conspiracy glasses off. ::)
Bull. You see it as a way to take a jab at WO-S. I don't believe you. You need to get off the back of WO-S. There's no conspiracy in catching someone in a lie, as you did concerning the Silsbee joke I made.
Griff, you could easily call the Enterprise about it if its that serious, trust me, in the past when i was in high school there was an article about one of my classmates and i actually went up to the PA News office and had a brief convo about it. Pretty sure they wont turn you down if it was actually said. ;)
Nah...I'll just ask Coach himself.
8) I just read the article and dont see what the big deal is IMO, coaches across the state say stuff like that at this time of the year to pump their own team up, if they win Friday it'll probably be said again.
[Hidden Content]-(orange,tx)/football/schedule.htm At this website you can view the teams schedule and stats. View box score for details . Nobody has posted any stats for WOS but Navasota has stats for everygame.
maxpreps is probably the least credible site for what you're looking for. its sorta like the Houston Comical.

Daingerfield has the record with 10 right back in '83?
According to [Hidden Content]; The record is 14 "The 1983 team was among the most dominant in Texas history. The team scored 631 points while allowing only 8 the entire season (a touchdown to then Class 4A Carthage and a safety to Kilgore). Of the 16 games won (the first Texas high school to win 16 games in a season), 14 were shutouts including the final 13 (the final seven of the regular season and all six playoff games, the only team in Texas high school football history to accomplish the latter feat)." Wow, that is awesome.
Yikes, that record might stay intact for awhile longer lol ;D
