    I for one have seen most of RP's games via HUDL. Nothing to write home about. RP's front guys are going to have some serious trouble with Crosby's OL. 

     

    Also, on the point of Mr. Neatherly, this kid hasn't missed a beat (or a game). THAT being said, he missed last weeks playoff game (not that we needed him) for undisclosed reasons and will be coming out guns blazing for his team. You are going to see a show of you are at this game.

    that was not a knock on the kids that was sarcasm about about crosby posters who believe every kid at crosby is a big time D1 player yet they still don't have a title.

    There are a lot of teams Texas that don't have titles that produces tons of talent. I used to play for one. North Shore from 93-97. Crosby has become a very relevant team in the last 5 years. What do you consider a good team? How many years do you have to be relevant for you to allow someone to brag about how good their team is or how many kids will be playing at the D1 level for that graduating class? I guess I'm not understanding what your issue is with hometown pride. Crosby fans aren't doing anything different then what Vidor, Dayton, WOS, or any of the golden triangle teams do. The real problem is that Crosby was so irrelevant for so long and was the butt of all football jokes that now, other teams fans have nothing to say but how much we boast about our little football team. It happens, get over it. Perhaps your team will be on the up and up one day and others will allow you to yell from your mountain tops as loud as Crosby is right now. These kids and parents (me being one of them) enjoy watching all of our Crosby kids that have busted their butts to prove that they are relevant season after season are enjoying every minute of it and for you to come on here and take it all away because we don't have a "title" just kills me.

    those must be second or third stringers because we know all their starters are big D 1 talent.....

    Perhaps you should watch a little film on the 2 mecca kids. #58 - Chase Bridgeman has rolled everything put in front of him. Ask the NG's from every team and the 4 Dayton NG's that were rotated in and out on him the whole game. I think they are doing just fine.  #17 - Shane Hudson does't have as many looks as most receivers because they throw to Netherly so much (even in double coverage). Kinda drags down the numbers. Probably shouldn't knock down the play of kids going to Lamar. Lamar is turning into a pretty damn good ball team.

    Crosby reminds me of a certain other team from over there a few years back who dominated the land scape while pulling their starters early because of all the big  leads, Man they were  alot alike, Then get into the playoffs a round or two or three and get beat by an underdog of some sort or another, it was standard for that other team. I feel like they could be sneaked up on a couple of rounds deep. Best of luck Bronx this purple brother from another mother is pulling for you. Wish this game wasnt sharing the evening with Mid County Madness............So I could attend. 

    That is the most rediculous post I have ever seen. Do you even read the stuff you write out loud before you click the submit button? Crosby isn't trying to win district. They are trying to win state. Why on earth would play your starters the whole game when you are up 5 scores in the first half? Geeeeez....... Good Luck Dayton! May we all be injury free and play a clean game. God Bless Texas High School Football!

    I say win by as many as you can. Don't pull starters on our part. This isn't pee wee football if your team can run it up go for it. 

    Oh, they will, given the chance. Problem is, Crosby gets up so fast in the first half that Rio hits the breaks and stays healthy. That where te stays get a bit scewed. If Crosby was allowed to play all 4 quarters this year, they would be leading in all catigories. Believe that! Dayton will get their shot and I'm so glad it's in Dayton. I want both teams to play their hardest and come out injury free. Nothing like Texas High School Football!

    We'll find a way to lose...lol We never beat Dayton.

    I wouldn't worry about Dayton this year. They are not even close to what they were last year. All that talk is going to get really quiet next week. They better use all 8 days to prep and try not to get blown out by Crosby. What I want to see is Crosby to keep the starters in the full game and not start pulling them 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter like they have all year. That would be a long night for Dayton.

    If this game was at Turner id pick Humble. 

     

    I dont think Crosby loses a game at home, even versus King last game. 

     

    Crosby 30-17 over Humble. 

    Buddy, you are so full of wisdom. I was thinking the same thing except different. I don't think they lose at home or Turner. Seems the second half is when they flip the switch. With that being said: they better get the first half in before the playoffs start.
