I know that this a little off topic, but I want to let you Buna fans know if you don't already. Former SS from the late 90's and 2000 Troy Gatlin passed away today after a long battle with cancer. From playing for Kirbyville against Buna he was one of the best ball players I ever saw or played against. He was a great man and will be missed by this ol Wildcat. My sympathy goes out to those that knew him and the town of Buna for their loss. These players tonight have one more fan upstairs rooting them on as is this Wildcat! He will be missed by many! There are many pictures and awards in the trophy case at the HS in Kirbyville of Bean. It was an honor to see those everyday for 4 yrs! Congrats to Bubba!

I believe that if they beat Hemphill Fri. they will be in a tie for 3rd with them and will have to play a tie breaker.

The can beat Wall and I am confident that they will beat them of they meet again. Lane and Cole are playing at the top of their game at the right time. I like their chances to make it to the finals. Shana you and going to have to keep us updated while at state.

But you know there are guys like that out there that ruin systems! It is a shame that it happens. I watch the last 2 episodes last night on the computer and was very pleased with the way that the season ended. The writers of this show truly do an amazing job. I read some info about the show that was very interesting. If you google or use another search engine you can look at the wikapedia of FNL and it will break down everything from locations to how they shoot each scene, which IMO makes the show. Check it out. Very interesting read.

I've been fortunate (if you want to call it that) enough to see what that is like first hand. Boat ride from Farmers to Public Ramp with a S wind around 40mph! Came very close to losing the boat a few times when with the bow up the entire time the waves continued coming over!

You are right and wrong in the same sense. This forum (in a nut shell) is for informational purposes and friendly bantor, but the language, name calling, belittling, etc will not be tollerated! Having fun is part of it, but there is a thin line that can be crossed...all Mods know it happens, but that is why we are here. If anyone has questions they can PM me or any other Mod or check the forum rules.

I am a Kirbyville fan but most you people (both towns) are beating a dead horse! The game is over and all that is going on is people one uping the other. Yes...Kirbyville won the game so on that "particular" day they were the better team...Until or if these two teams meet again nothing can be accomplished out of this. Come one guys...give it a rest!

From watching you play that's all that needs to be done! You will beat yourself, and that young one is all it takes!
