Were there tarps on the seats at Kyle Field North?

That kid that Reynolds faked out was DJ Dean from Newton. Was wondering if anyone else caught that.

As noted in previous posts Spavital's playing calling at times was horrible. Only a few concerns for this one game sample. O line play worried me but I think it'll work itself out. Really like the spark that Murray provided when the offense was sputtering...until Spav had a brain fart and wouldn't let the kid play. The D...WOW! Loved seeing the entire unit swarm to the ball! Garrett, Hall and Mack will be a terror for any opposing line. After Mack blew through the line on his first play he was double teamed as was Garrett at times and he still did his thing. Hall really impressed me now that he's healthy. It's obvious that the Chavis signing was the biggest addition.

I'll be headed to Del Rio the day after Christmas to bowhunt Amistad NRA for 4 days.  Can't wait as I haven't been able to bowhunt at all this year due to my daughters soccer season...

Killed nothing but time....   That'll all change in 3 weeks then again 2 weeks after that! ;)

I need to drag the old bow out and shoot soon.  Been several months since I slung a few arrows.  Starting to get that fever again!!!

I'll be there Saturday.  My first ever PGA event to attend....pretty excited about it.

Thanks tvc!  I haven't quite nailed down the post pics yet. If you notice he is a 4x4...kickers at the base of the brows and main beam. Could be due to genetics or a very mature buck. Also got an Axis doe to go with him.

Likewise Buccaneer#3! Be safe out there guys and good luck!  I know I will have a restless night Saturday night.  My season won't start until Sunday due to my daughters birthday party.

Went for my first bow hunt of the season yesterday evening.  Saw a coyote but it wouldn't give me a shot and I wasn't about to sling a $20 arrow & broadhead at him.  Zilcch on seeing deer.  Got some pics of a good 8pt at my rifle stand.  Hope I can get a crack at him next weekend.

My dad always told me to blend my scent with the area I was hunting if at all possible.  A few weeks before I start hunting I will cut a few pine, & oak limbs on my way out from checking things and combine that with my camo into a large trash bag.  I will also strip pine needles from a limb, twist them up and rub it on my camo to help.  Don't get too heavy with it or you may smell like one of the car freshener tree's! lol I like setting up on the edge of a clear cut where there is high traffic.  We'll see how it works out for me this year.  I haven't been hunting yet due to soccer on Saturday's but in time i will get there.

I've felt all along that he decommited to see what Texas' offense would do this year.  I've heard his top 3 are still LSU, A&M, & Texas in no particular order but if LSU or A&M's offense does better than the Horns O that may be the deciding factor.  BTW, isn't Mack trying to turn Texas back into a power running team?  A guy with his talent would most likely go to more of a passing offense IMO.  We'll see though.
