Kirbyville congrats on a good season.  Way to bounce back after early season injury.  This Coldspring Trojan fan was rooting for you all.  Thanks for representing the district well.

This thread was started at 8:54 and less than 45 mins later you think we're scared to talk? You will never hear crickets in place of Wildcat fans. Even when the odds are against us we will fight, and you will hear us. We're not supposed to win this game. See if we don't show up and make noise anyway.

Our district really did an awesome job.  I am really happy for the Kirbyvulle Wildcats.  They are gaining momentum at the right time.  I just want to say to @kcat-fan, I am very happy for your wildcats.  As a Coldspring Trojan, I must saw Kirbyville has always been a tough opponent for us, but you have always personified class, dignity, for one of the Elite 3A teams in this area.

EC should have beat Hempstead. Y'all will be fine I think. That wasn't the same EC team that played Anahuac last week.

This is the first week that they had everyone back since orangefield .  
BacK to the level of team that beat oramgfield.  

8 1/2 more hrs. Then the talk stops and action begins. 

I'm woodville fan always have been.. but there gonna have there hands full if they are gonna try and stop #1 #8 and #7 them are some fast guys who can break tackles and make plays happen that #1 one on one in open field is almost certain to be a touchdown and defensively they have to be able to block#2 #70 #3 #85 #52 and #28 and from what I can tell they don't get tired easy and they aren't no push overs overall I think Kirbyville wins 50-20 people don't give them credit but there a real good football team who comes to battle each week

Did Woodville just have all this speed they are talking about move in? You'll are right Kirbyville is big and slow and will never beat Woodville around the corner. I guess all the fast kids in Kirbyville just left town this year. Keep thinking that , never knew a track team made a great football team. BTHO Woodville. 

I believe the district championship will be decided in Woodville, but will ride the bus home with Kirbyville

I see people make this claim a lot when they lose. My response is and always will be......Maybe they'd beat us, maybe not. We'll never know. One thing's for sure though....they did beat Woodville.

I'm all for being supportive of our team and I'm predicting the Eagles to win...
But please, let's be logical and realistic about this. Kirbyville is a very good football team that HAS proven what they can do. There's no reason to think Woodville should easily beat them at all. I respect Kirbyville's program a great deal because I know they've proven themselves over the years. Please don't mistake me for one of these guys and let it negatively influence your opinion on Woodville as a whole.

I highly doubt that statement is true. But no matter what, all that counts is what's gonna happen this coming Fri night in Woodville. And I think all the Eagle faithful should get with the EC faithful of the last couple yrs to see how they handled the day after they played us in a game they were SURE to win. Lol..

For 2 consecutive yrs, EC had a great record after great seasons. And for 2 consecutive yrs, they ran into Kirbyville. Woodville, you've had a great run...you have a good team this yr, but...we like having the district championship in Kirbyville soooo......I think we'll go ahead and hang onto it a little longer. 

Best team we've faced since Newton. Both teams have speed and good coaching. Woodville has the edge on size I've heard, but Kirbyville isn't new to this level of play so we have the experience edge. I think it'll go down to the wire, and I think it'll be high scoring. I'm picking my Cats 42-35.

The champion of this district will be decided in 2 weeks.
