  1. It's pretty simple. The kids that are real football players keep playing football. The kids that play to have something to do realize football isn't for them. Others notice they are better at other sports and pursue those. Some parents get upset about playing time and pull their kids. Some quit growing and it seems everyone else is better, so they make a decision to quit themselves. Kids quit for many different reasons. Its the same ole same at EVERY school.
  2. Whole team playing inspired tonight. Nice running by Harrison also.
  3. That's my last one. lol Typical
  4. You guys like videos huh?
  5. Oh yeah, find the lies. Not things you don't want to believe, but the LIES.
  6. My man, all of this came from his MOUTH. Either said it in interviews, on the campaign trail, or on televised shows. HE said he was smart for using the loop holes and not paying taxes. A billionaire bragging about not paying taxes (who does that??) and (what working people are ok with that??)
  7. I'm curious. President Obama was crushed for not having any experience, yet you vote for a man the actually doesn't have ANY EXPERIENCE AT ALL, disrespects Hispanics and muslims, along with other minorities, has admitted to sexual assault and apologized (bs) for it. Has admitted to barging in on young girls while they're getting dressed for his pageant. Disrespects women, disrespected the handicap, disrespected a celebrated fellow republican PRISONER OF WAR. Doesn't pay taxes because he had a BILLION dollar loss awhile back and found a loop hole and somehow he's said to RELATE to working class and poor whites. Oh yea, disrespected the military by saying he knows more about ISIS than the actual men and women that fight for this country, but never served himself. I guess so. Good choice guys.
  8. No disrespect bro. Just saying every fan isn't on this site or even like posting their thoughts on the team. Thx for all the support my man, especially driving the distance you drive. I know the kids appreciate the real fans of the program.
  9. I think we were more worried about going undefeated and wasn't really focused on getting the job done. It was so much hype about being the first PAM team to go undefeated that the kids/coaches alike probably underestimated Vidor. I don't blame coaching. If a play works, great job coach. If it doesn't work, horrible coach. When they stopped Vidor 3 series in a row; regardless if they came up with the onside kick or not, the coach thought the D could hold them again, and honestly many coaches would do the same thing because of the momentum. It just didn't happen.
  10. I agree, I don't get on the site or post everyday. I work with people that have posted before, but sports forums aren't their thing. They'll rather talk about the games at work with friends and co workers. At work, during the season, that's all that is talked about. MANY of those guys go to ALL the games. MOST would agree with many things pakronos has to say, myself included. The same points he makes are the same points my co-workers/friends make. Sites like this aren't for everyone, but it has nothing to do with being a real fan or not. tbh Oh yea, like I stated before on some forum. Memorial doesn't have the history as Lincoln/TJ had. As PAM gets more history and tradition under them, they'll have a more solid fan base. People still are bitter about what happened with THEIR high schools. That's understandable.
  11. Just because some people don't spend most of their time on a message board has nothing to do with being real fans of Memorial. I like the back and forth banter, but sometimes I don't. I make most of the games as most of us do. Everybody has this or that to say about each program. That's part of being a fan, but to crown yourself as the ultimate PAM fan is laughable. A lot of people in Port Arthur still bleed purple/maroon and gold. (yall remember how serious it was) A lot of history was taken away from PA when they consolidated the schools and a lot of folk haven't forgiven or gotten over that.
  12. I agree on both. At Memorial, a lot of kids are just going to have to wait their turn to get in the spotlight. They're loaded with talent including the freshmen. Dorsey in the RB on JV is an electrifying lil running back, but as I said before, he won't get a shot until his Sr year. Mack is a very athletic WR that will make some noise next yr. Ladia is going to be one of the best qbs in the district either next yr and for sure in 2019. They also have a 6'3 LB, last name May. Just a few to look out for.
  13. PAM 2019 McMillan - DT Butler - Athlete/DB Ladia - QB Mack - WR Dorsey - RB might not get a chance until his Sr yr. Remember these names....
  14. PAM Jones - Athlete Hines - RB Valsin - OLB Roy - T Just a few off the top of my head
  15. Keith's Jones Jr - PAM Elijah Hines - PAM Jomard Valsin - PAM
