SC TO ball on the central 30
54 sec leftnhalf -
SC QB runs for 50 yds
-
Central punts on 4th and 20
-
Central QB sacked for 8 yd loss
-
SC defense putting a lot of pressure on Central QB.
-
Central on the 23. Incomplete pass TO Central.
3:50 left in thw half -
SC scores on a (bad) pass play. The receiver pulled it in while covered by three defenders.
QB should have kept it, and ran it for a first down.
But we will still take the TD. -
High winds are keeping the passes to a minimum.
-
SC defense a little better this week.
-
Central scores!

The only thing this game proved is that VIdor is 0-3.
Exactly....
This game proves that Vidor is 0 - 3. -
Neither team understands time management?
-
Vidor needs a pass game now
-
If CV is smart, they will run, and try to eat the clock, then score w 2 mins left.
-
Onside kick?

Channelview imploding, Vidor gonna win.
Losing by 4, with a half left, is imploding? -
I see the top 4 teams going to the playoffs, and going home in the first round. Everything east of I 59 looks weak against the rest of the state.

I am picking Central. If last week was any indication, The SC O line will not hold long enough for the SC pass game to work. The SC pocket collasped pretty quickly, and the offense is still going for the long pass. If that has been fixed, then maybe SC will be a force on Saturday. Chapman is a great RB, but the line hasn't been opening enough holes for him.
The SC defense is ok against the run, but very weak and slow against the pass. (Especially the medium to long pass) the SC defense is more consistent across the board, but in a mediocre way. Instead of one Dakota Allen, the SC defense is a lot of average players.
It is definitely a rebuild year for SC. Maybe this will tune up the team, and make them gel for next year. -
The Beaumont, Port Arthur, and Orange area used to have nationally recognized drum and bugle corps.(Bengal Guard from Orange, Red Hussars from Port Arthur, Lancers near Beaumont).
Any interested In starting a new community drum and bugle corps to serve the south east texas area? -
I did pick Jasper by 14. I guess I got.lucky.

I agree with what you are saying but anyone who thinks SC's has the same amount of talent on the field this year as the past 2-3 years is delusional.
Totally agree...... -
Lol sc getting a little thin skinned.
Just giving back what is given......
