I think when you make a blanket statement about where somebody lives it includes everybody that lives in that town, evidentally that is something you can't comprehend. And as for the education part, I can guarantee unless you are a doctor that you do not have as much education as I do. I take it you not from here or you would not have made the comment, oh how did it go? If you ever lived anywhere other than here you might comprehend what I am saying. PNG will play LCM close just because of their pitching staff. While Ned should handle Ozen easily. And Vidor needs some revenge on Lumberton to keep pace with PNG. Should be a fun week.

US! No offense bigred75 but I don't see how US involves you. Are you not from bridge city? It seems to me it's not your place to be correcting someone, although I agree those statements showed a lack of good judgement. And yes you are right about the umpires, but there is a reason these guys that umpired are scratched each week from district games. It seems that Bridge city is doing so well that there is not much to comment on about the cards. good luck on the rest of the season. we'll see.

If the game was so meaningless last year then why did they pitch Elhert? There is no such thing as a meaningless game to Griff, if you asked him I know he would tell you that he was trying to win that game. Vidor freshman VJ Bunner threw a very good game and kept LCM off balance. This game is in the past and doesn't mean a thing this year, but if would have asked anyone last year if No. 7 LCM would beat Vidor my guess would have been yes. We'll see

OK who's it gonna be?

Just because someone throws 88mph does not necessarily make him a good pitcher, don't get me wrong it does help but there are some guys out there(sparks) that just know how to pitch (ex. working corners, pitching with the count, being able to throw offspeed pitches for strikes). I guess my point is just because your no. 4 guy throws 88mph doesn't mean he is a better pitcher than someone who throws 83mph. The mental part of pitching is what separates guys. Just my opinion.

VPbaseball06 you need to read the post again, I said neither of PNG's runs were earned I said nothing about the runs Vidor scored. Don't tell me to not make you look more underrated than you are because if you read all my posts I am one of the few friends you have. If your going to say something at least know what your talking about.

Starting pitchers were Taylor Robichau-Vidor and Zack Harwood-PNG. Harwood is a very good pitcher and did have 14k's, but the Pirates had timely hitting and played excellent defense. Neither of PNG's runs were earned. I think Vidor had 4 hits with a triple and double.

Evidentally you havn't watched the Indians play defense, no way they beat Vidor 12-0. How can you predict this when the Indians havn't scored 12 runs in the last 4 games.

Can any one tell me why this game was so close?

I am trying to figure this out, why is Brad Croak, who made first team all district in 20-4a as a sophomore not on the pre-season all area team? Is it because he plays at Vidor? Please explain this to me because I would sure like to hear the reasoning behind it.
