I totally agree with this message, cause I would travel almost two hours to do a game @4 finish that game then drive back almost an hour to do a 7 game, then drive home. I spent so many hours away from family, I would umpire 4-5 nights a week just cause I love baseball and umpiring, but if only the parents would suit up in umpiring uniform and become an umpire! Remember were human we all make mistakes!

I did it for 18 years, 2023 was my last year. Do I miss it yes, but lots of parents, kids ruined it for me. It wasn't fun anymore!

My Anahuac Panthers will start the season playing with heavy hearts and emotions Friday Night, they will be playing for their fallen teammates #82 and #6 all season. Please keep the Anahuac Panthers and the community of Anahuac in your hearts as the season goes on.
