It's really early to make claims such as this. This is obviously going to be a bargaining chip but "total repeal" has a certain nuance about it.

A presidential veto can be overridden by a 2/3 majority of the Senate. At least that's what I remember from school. Yes, they did teach government, but I wasn't an "A" student.

Weeden had a TD pass to Dez, but no one is placing him ahead of Romo. I have seen no evidence of that. Everyone was concerned about Romo getting hurt further last game and Weeden did do good in that game. Romo has a broken back. Man, if he would have taken another hit last game with all that blitzing....we may have never seen Romo again.
