Ok I’ll reword it,a beat at WOS…as stated several times in this thread the community wants him and that’s half the battle

You typed it wrong or I’m reading it wrong but it looks like you’re at least somewhat agreeing with what I’ve been saying…It’s the truth too,I’ve seen people jump to LCM for a long time and for worse reasons!

Hickman is an assistant principal/LB coach and has been! I would assume if he gets the job he will not be any longer..

Exactly what I been trying to say…I would usually say no way but with all the bs happening in today’s world people are easily influenced to jump ship when it doesn’t go their way!

I agree with you!The community/kids are used to winning though,take that away and enrollment will fall imo…we’ll see what happens shortly I imagine.

The standard is pretty high at WOS…if he doesn’t win he will be out,or the players will go north if the district decided to follow your thought process…it’s about W’s!

Coaches fit differently at different places,ask Nick Saban.Toby would be a whole different coach at WOS then that record indicates..

Ladybug have you seen a basketball or baseball game in a few years?If not you should go check one out,it’s the same kids of course playing and you wouldn’t believe the characteristics!!!

From your post,These characteristics been missing a few years,who will be hired to turn around these football culture changes at WOS???Seems like you’re saying leadership hasn’t been good enough to stop these bad “characteristics “,1 thing for you…coach T ran the most tight and disciplined ship in the area,maybe state and that’s a fact.You see what happens when he tried to keep it that way and get a kid off the team 3 yes 3 times,people want to run him off!!All this is political as stated above and the kids at WOS will directly feel the impacts.You think all the dancing and fighting been bad lately?Watch and see where it goes when WOS gets this coach that will bring it!

You’re right nobody is just going to go there…if WOS loses before the 4th round then they hired the wrong coach,then they will leave and WOS will be irrelevant…it will take some time though! I’m done with the subject until somebody is hired…✌️

He won’t have to sop up anything,he’ll get all the players…WOS will be irrelevant as I stated when all the bs started a while back
