REALLY! Then it sounds like to me maybe the Sims kid from WOS should win the award! DEFENSE wins CHAMPIONSHIPS correct!!

My thoughts are both young men (JD and Dontre)deserve the award due to their outstanding skills and leadership of their teams. I think it should be determined strictly on stats but that's just my opinion. There is no doubt that JD has an awesome selection of players he could go to but he still had to get it done. Dontre didn't have the weapons JD had but still found a way to go several rounds deep in the playoffs. Tough pick! I would be glad to see either one win the award! Congrats to all that were selected.

Great Summer League! No daddy ball here! Where else can you see the variety of pitching in one league without the ridiculous cost! Long live Babe Ruth League!

Will the games still be on for this evening? I heard that we still might recieve some showers this afternoon.

I was told the kids from the A's team only recieved one at bat. Was it due to so many kids on the team or is it because the pitching from the opposing team was so good?

Can we see the list of teams with PLAYERS if that info is available

Do you play on sat and sun or is it double headers on sat only. I am only asking because we live in orange and wandering about the drive. My son will be 19 in august and is looking for somewhere to play, he is currently playing Babe ruth. Will Babe ruth and this league interfere with one another?

tryouts? Look at the Angels and tell me how all those kids ended up on the same team. Either you stacked one team or none of the other coaches had any idea what kind of players they are. Unbelievable!

When you need a run to win the game in extra innings. You can count on BP from Orangefield to deliver.  This young man is an athlete. He loves being in a situation where he needs to perform!  Outstanding job Blake!

I do not think LCM has the talent to defeat BH. LCM with the exception of Humphries, Swan and a few others will need to rely on others players to step up and I don't see that happening. LCM seniors is what is carrying them right now, and it may be short lived. Good luck to both teams!

It should be interesting to see who takes the third spot. Buna first needs to beat WOS at home, that may prove to be difficult. Not a lot of people taking WOS seriously because of their record. That proved to be fatal to Orangefield!  Good luck to all!
