Being a good or bad nurse has nothing to do with "DEI". Why do you think that is the case? There is nursing shortage, hospitals are not hiring based on race or gender. They are not tfhing to fill "quotas" In nursing, men are considered the minority, no one has ever told my husband that he was hired because he is a male.
