1. If the coaches don't agree, I believe it goes to a coin toss

 3.
Bridge City - Guidry, Shugart and ??? Silsbee -  Powell, and Gore HJ - Duplant, and Edelmon HF - Jannise(sp) and Jeffcoat OF - ?? Smith WO-S - Aiden Anderson, and Twin brother, Grant Anderson
4. Livingston Nederland - too much for Panthers Lumberton - White has pitched very well as has Humphrey. 3-1 Raiders win Vidor - JohnBoy throwing well, should keep PNG in check. Pirates win 5-2
 5. Hamshire-Fannett @Bridge City Hardin-Jefferson@Buna* West Orange-Stark@Orangefield*
 6. Smith had 13 in the game against Lumberton last night alone... Also White had 18 in a pre-district game and 13 on opening night of district... I know Sanderson has quite a few as well
 7. I know Lumberton's Erickson was mashing it up in the tournaments.. Not sure how he has done in district though... Also JB Smith from Vidor has/had a pretty good hit streaks going
 8. Lekich may be a freshman but he isn't showing it. If he gets the start he will keep them in the game but I think Nederland will be too much for the Indians
 9. Vidor @Central-Vidor wins 15-2 LCM@Ozen- LCM will win this one Liv@Lumberton- Lumberton coming off a big win against Vidor, has played excellent defense and can scrap for runs Ned@PNG - Could be an exciting game but if Ned can leave the errors from Tuesday behind they will win
 10. If BC can play ERROR FREE baseball, they should pull it out, Guidry will throw lots of strikes. Should be a fun one to watch
 11. PNG- with ease OZEN- I'm changing my pick in this one, Lantrip will be saved for Friday and Chambers will carve up the Lions. NEDERLAND- hot team, pitching is on should be a good game to watch. I believe it will be a 2 run game. LUMBERTON- have been playin error free and White is hot. JohnBoy will keep the Raider bats in check but Raiders should prevail.

Also Central "upset" Ozen for first district win in a long time,  White 1 hit PNG, and I believe the other Anderson is Grant not Garrett.

 16. Impressive outing for Mr Lantrip. BC needs to get it in gear before district.
 17.
Who pitched for HJ? Has Duplant pitched yet?
Edelmon started, followed by Duplant, then Robertson
 18.

Nederland has looked very good thus far. LC-M has had good pitching but I haven't seen them enough to know about the offense. From what I have seen, PNG is havin trouble with the bats but Ledoux is dealing and will keep them in games when he is on the mound. Vidor has the pitching to compete for a spot if they can swing it. Lumberton has been on and off but showed the ability to compete with good teams in the LCM tourney and beating undefeated HJ last night. Livingston and Ozen both have a good number 1, but lack depth on the bump. Good luck to Central.
It's hard to judge teams from tournaments.... I am ready for the games that count!!!
Very true. Tournaments are all about reps and depth... A lot can chance when a team has one game to win on one night. I'm ready to watch

 20. I just Texted a reliable source and this is what I got. Sounds like an impressive outing to me. White final line : 7 innings, 4 hits, 5BB, 2R, 18k
 21. True, but Shuggart had a few walks and the hit came with the bases loaded. Also, BC struggled to produce runs... I guess that's baseball though
 22.

Correct, but BC only scored once when silsbee pitched their 3rd best pitcher. Silsbee was beating them 3 to 1 going into either the 4th or 5th (not sure) and they took him out because he reached his max limit of pitches and the other pitchers were already either used or being saved for the next day. After that they put a non pitcher in to pitch who hasn't pitched a game this season BECAUSE HE ISN'T A PITCHER .. after all the walks, and hits from BC. of course BC won by ten run rule. But if silsbee had there pitcher rested like they will be in district play. Silsbee can compete for 1st in district
The pitcher that started that game also closed the game against Lumberton.  Not sure what criteria or information you are using to classify him as third best??  Silsbee has several guys that are really effective and will be able to compete and get wins in district!  You are correct, after the decision was made to pull him due to pitch count they tried to use guys and give them the opportunity to see what if any role they may play on the mound in the future. Any team can be beaten and that is why we play the game.  One game at a time for Silsbee!
I didn't mean it like he was not as good as the other 2 pitchers.. i was referringg he is the 3rd in the rotation, I think his name is griffin? .. tournaments can really show pitching depth.. just like the next day BC lost to lumberton 4 to 1 which silsbee beat them 6 to 3. I would assume because they were saving pitchers or they were already used
Lumberton beat Shuggart who is BC's 1 or 2
