5A in our area is not necessarily a step down. People confuse 6A enrollment number with 6A participation numbers.

UT is still the flagship. ATM has has 7 years and the SEC backing to stake its claim, just has not happened. You can increase your spending, build new things, hire new coaches, increase enrollment, but ATM is still ATM.
