I was watching online. Yes there was a little skirmish at the end but it was broken up pretty quick. It looked like Huffmans fans stormed the court and then got involved in the fight.

I love the score being how it is. This is what builds winning programs that are feared year in and year out. These kind of Ls are remembered in the following years. They are already defeated before they step foot in the court. WOS does it in football (beating teams by 50 if they can every year). If you don’t want to get beat by 100 be better. Don’t be soft.

Time to scrap all the coaches and the AD. Every program consistently underperforms every year. With the exception of women’s soccer. Since Marco Born has taken over baseball has went 37-72. Basketball is 40-38. Football is 9-12. Volleyball is 16-42. Softball is 60-74. Women’s basketball is 36-34. When you have a guy from Memphis running the show what do you expect. Hired a guy from San Diego as the football HC. SETX is home to some of the best talent in Texas. How can the home town school continue to fail to get these guys to commit? My guess is the AD and HCs don’t see the value and talent in this area. Baseball is atrocious. No reason it should be like that. 37-72 over 3 years!!! All Marco Born cares about is raising money and doesn’t care about wins and losses. He needs to go. We need a local guy running the show who will go after the best talent and can compete with bigger schools. I know Lamar isn’t going to compete with A&M, UT, or Tech. But there’s no reason we shouldn’t be competing with La Tech, ULM, UTSA, Rice, etc. Obviously the people in charge don’t have a clue how to get wins and build programs. They are just happy to be there. They simply don’t care.

It’s hard to keep Ohio State out because they had some quality wins and didn’t lose. Plus they are in a different conference which also helps. It would have been awesome to see A&M in but let’s bet honest, it doesn’t matter who made it because whoever it was is going to get thumped by Bama anyways. But I can see the case on both sides. I personally think it should be a 6-8 team playoff. That’d fix a lot of things. With 4 you will have this argument every year.

All I’ve seen on social media today is how A&M got robbed. If only people wouldn’t be so close minded.

I understand a lot of people on here are A&M fans but they didn’t deserve to get in. Is the playoff supposed to be an SEC/ACC invitational? A&M has 1 quality win against Florida. They beat 2 teams with winning records and only 1 top 25 team. Coastal beat more top 25 teams than A&M.

Porter is one of the best athletes on that team. He needs to be on the floor. I haven’t made many games this year but it sounds like HJ is having troubles scoring.
