Central does have a tough road ahead! Not sure if the guys can play gap assignment football the whole 48 minutes. You have big guys coming at you every play on both sides and if you let #14 get too much positive tempo he will have a field day for sure. But then again maybe the Jags truly believe they can win with those first few district wins (even though they weren't deemed toughest). As for coaching, I'm sure there are good coaches on bad teams just as there are vice versa. In other words, the players play the game and the coaches can only hope they do so well. Do I hope Central wins? Yes. But honestly, I don't think it will happen this week Jags.

Are the Panthers a good team full of athletes and possibly a decent coaching staff? Yes! Do they truly have my love and support no matter what everyone else thinks? Yes! I think that since Central won two games already (even though they weren't fierce opponents) and Ozen will only win two this season, so they will let them both keep their jobs. But Central is definitely on the hot seat. Doesn't look like anyone in BISD is going to the playoffs this year so if you let go of one then you must let go of them all. Brook finally got a win against Channelview.

[/quote] LCM did touch the ball first but immediately after Tony Brown and company hit him and in the end Ozen came up with the ball. It happened at the bottom of a small pile and since Ozen did come up with it and it wasn't clear if LCM had obtained it I guess they just have to give it to Ozen.

Too bad they can't add time to the clock in high school football (seriously it may be something to look at in the offseason). Anywho, Nederland is too big and physical, much bigger than the Livingston team they lost to. I think Jacobi Jones is banged up and the run defense has been kinda exposed. Plus once again they failed to finish. Good job for Tony Brown recovering 2 fumbles and keeping them in the game! I root for all the 409 teams unless they are playing against one another, I'll leave out who my favorite really is. But when it seriously comes to the game, I choose who I seriously think will win from an ex football player's point of view. I am a Dallas Cowboy's fan at heart and hope they win every single game. I seriously do! But if they go up against a better team I just have to be honest and say I hope they win, but I don't think they will win. I love the players at Ozen and wish the best for them (even though I can be animated at times) but at the end of the day I just like to tell it how it is.

The refs HELPED them lose by slowing down the game by taking too much time with some of the penalties and of course the controversial ending drive for Ozen. That's how they HELPED. However there may have been 6 or 7 drives for Ozen total and each one shall be taken independently into account when it comes to losing this close game. And when I said "they won't be a factor" I was saying that the fans and critics will have to blame a good LCM team and Ozen for their own loss this time. [b]Still the reason why they lost WASN'T ALL the referees' fault.[/b] That is what I am saying. First off I did not blame the refs for them losing the game. I blame them for helping them lose the game so get your facts straight. Now Ozen was already losing but to have a huge play come back for almost no reason whatsoever is a loss of tempo for any team. They still had the chance to come back and didn't do what they needed to do. I mainly blame Ozen for the loss because they did fail to put up points like they are supposed to and hurt themselves every time they got started. And what I was saying in my post was that while many people were blaming the refs for the total loss, they won't have that scapegoat this time. Get your facts straight and pay attention to what I type before you misquote me.

LCM will win! Not because they have better coaches. Not because they have better players. But because they have better fans and their Ozen will end up hurting themselves a win once again. Oh and the refs won't be a factor in this one either like they were last week. Sorry Ozen for calling it like I know it.

Ill tell you that I'm here to stay. But seeing people after the game for no reason other than to say they or I was right, when my mind is only on getting to my car and out of traffic, I feel is pointless. Plus I'm usually grouchy when I'm wrong and a total dousche when I'm right

Central picks up where Ozen left off and completes the game with a win. Central stuns 20-4A and helps knock Ozen out of the playoffs with this big time win

I heard that the ref (for no reason whatsoever) blew the whistle early and the defense stopped and that's why the play was a big run. Problem is the refs didnt blow the whistle, maybe the people in the stands who we're blowing whistles all night did it, and the defense didnt stop pursuing the play AT ALL. Secondly, how come the coach can act all animated and talk directly to the refs. Now I don't like to blame refs for bad calls either because there are more than one plays in a game, however this play was worse than the Packers vs Seahawks controversial call. A game changer.

All I have to say is, according to my source that heard about the game, "there's a sh@t storm on the Panthers side." Some huge mistakes by the refs and tension on the sideline
