  1. All I've seen or heard at this point are the BH players. 1st -team pitchers Jr. Ross Hales, Jr. Kendall Thamm 3b-Jake Ponder, LF-Colby Townley, Catcher-Cameron Campbell I've heard that M. Listi and Heath Arnold (HUffman) were the other 1st team pitchers. P.J. Dean ( New Caney) was the District MVP . I'm like you...waiting to see a complete list.
  2. Great stuff, MIF04. Us West of the Trinity @ BH ;D are feeling down that it is over. But also feel very good about next year. The toughest part now, even besides the losing, is knowing that we just graduated 6 fine young men with great character who will be missed on and off the field. Best of luck to the teams still playing. More importantly, best of luck to all of the graduating senoirs ! I really enjoyed your site this year. Keep up the good work.
  3. And the list grows smaller. Best of luck to all three remaining teams.
  4. Great job BC...Congratulations...Hope you guys win it all.
  5. Critter, Strosbros, etc. thanks for the support. It was one very enjoyable ride. A great group of kids. Thanks to our seniors...you guys will enjoy success because of the character you all have. I wish all of you the best in life. BHFan- I couldn't have said it any better. An awesome year for Eagle sports in our 1st year of 4AAAA. Montgomery was the better team in this series...hope they go on and win it all. BH returns some major talent next year...we will be back.
  6. Ross Hales...hard-luck pitcher of the year.. (11-4)..#1, tie game, 7-7 against Flower Mound..Hales in in the 7th..past ball(loss #1), loss #2, Huffman 1-0 over BH (hit the baseball), Hales 0- Montgomery 2, ( 1 earned, 1 unearned...again..hit the baseball), NC 5, BH 1..Hales s/b 14-1, ERA @ .85 or so.. vs 11-4 ERA still @ 1.00...only a JR. ;D ;D ;D ;D
  7. It is so...but I'm not gonna tell you....read the paper. ;D
  8. Hey, Tigeratheart(?)...i didn't mean that hateful...I was just following all of the posts...I'll stick w/ my BH boys..whatever the critieria is... I still say in SETEX..for pitcher of the year...It's a 10-12 way tie...give 'em all there props !
  9. Take me to the next phase..err..phrase ;D
  10. MBBC (by the way..what does that stand for ? ;D) The Bears have a pitcher that matches up very well with Thamm..they call him Stone.....Two Jr. lefthanders..not really overpowering...but very crafty...which in turn makes it overpowering ?? Honestly, I just wanna win. ;D
  11. Well said, Admin.. Thamm and Stone like lefty-handed twins... Seriously, they throw the rock very much alike..Not really overpowing....fastball would not fool anyone..except maybe if you if you ain't looking for it....?????????
  12. I agree ...you need to play for your High School Connie Mack team.....unless you've already "cleared things" up..
  13. Ross Hales on the bump for the HILL. Yet another tough loss for Hales ( i.e. certainly pitched well enough to win). From " fairly good " on-site sources...one run earned and one unearned... You are on the money about the Towley's drive to deep center...20-ft to the right.....it's 3-2...Guess that's why you play 'em...The better team won tonight. Very well coached....but I'm going with BH ain't folding...Thamm throwing it with lots of confidence...BH IN THRHEE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!BH wins tomorrow night..Tied up..I'll take the Eagles 3 & 4 in the rotation..BH in three....
  14. Final score..Montgomery 2 BH 0.. Gotta take 2 and 3. Go Eagles !
  15. Two outs..runners on 1st and 2nd.winning run at the plate.
  16. Now or never in this one. Moving to top of the 7th. BH down 2-0. Let's go !
  17. 2-0 Montgomery...Top of 6th. Eagles batting no outs, runner on first.. Hit by pitch. Let's Go Eagles ! Time to string some hits together.
  18. 2-0 Montgomery bottom of 4th.
  19. yeah, I heard they have one great facility. Go Eagles !
