Flawless defense for BH tonight. A couple of very, very costly errors for Consolidated. Thamm did a nice job of battling all night against a very good hitting LC team. LC centerfielder should be on ESPN for the catch he made on the wall to rob Derrick Hulsey. BH vs. Bay City up next. Go Eagles !

Hey, BH89-2, Eagle07 and BHEagle07 are not the same guy.....but I sure like his attitude...Anywho, easiest route (IMO) is hit 288 south, to Hwy 6, left on 6 heading back East , towards B. Hill . ;D ;D Down about 2 miles. Manvel HS is a new school in the Alvin ISD. I've heard from JR. and others that the 'ole ballpark is nice...very nice. Let's make it more nice. Go Eagles !

Barbers Hill ISD just reported that BH vs. Lamar Consolidated will be Thurs. and Friday night @ 7. Game # 3, if necessary, will be @ 2 on Saturday. All games to be played @ Manvel High School ( Alvin ISD ).

Little league world series.....actually they did go as 12-year olds...they went back to JR. League state tournament as 14-year olds.....and were beat by Barbers Hill 7-6. They have a very good pitcher in Rodgers. There district isn't terribly weak. R.Terry and Bay City both have solid squads this year.

PirateFan. Tell your baseballers they gave us all we could handle and all we wanted. Many comments were made in the stands from the BH side about how much class, heart, and sportsmanship ya'll played with. Vidor had a good season. Hope you guys build on it next year. Good luck !

PNG will very good next year....starting with Herrington(?). Kid can throw it. LCM won district 22-4A with a very young squad...they will be tough. BH will return top 4 pitchers from this year's squad. I sure there are other teams out there also...that my uninformed mind doesn't know about.
