  1. I would like to know where these “Austin People” are quoting this stuff, I would like to see these articles.
  2. So what Mr. Mosley put as well as attending the meeting the previous bonds help get started fixing the schools. This bond takes it that much farther and better. NHS has been screwed up since the day it was built... what were they thinking no walk open concept classrooms..
  3. When did Silsbee update the stadium? I’m curious why they didn’t do it then and be one of the first to have turf at the time in SETX... was it ever brought up or anything at the time?
  4. That’s funny you say that cause every single one I have talked to said they are for it and hoping it gets passed. All of NISD Grass fields last year took a beating and messed up practice schedule and had to pay rent out of athletic money to hold practice else where. So I kinda find it funny that this Ned coach said that...
  5. Part of the reason why they are going about this route is 2 different reasons... reason number 1 when they have had the stadium upgrades and such in with a big bond certain people in community have tried and poison peoples minds by saying this is a “athletic bond” blah blah blah and scare tactic people on not letting the bonds pass. Reason number 2 they are focusing on what the feed back they were getting during the survey, board meetings, and etc everyone said schools are important they come first let’s upgrade and update schools first before we do athletics.... I wish they would have left it in with the fear of stadium bond not passing, but I believe the right people are on the board now and the community wants this as well, this bond is a lot more organized then years past... I mean thirds time a charm right?
  6. You have 2 PA posters that I assume are related to Kenny because they talk about both... more on the coaching side I have noticed
  7. They will slowly fade away from the board... process already started with a few weeks left last season.
  8. When you have one of the top players in the area you just don’t lose to those kind of games, point blank period.
  9. North shore loses to Nederland in football it’s no big deal it’s not a district game right?
  10. Do you use that same method for football as well...?
  11. This Nederland team is underachieving in my eyes... I hope they can get hot and make a great playoff run. But at the looks of it a early exit
  12. I seen him at Exygon Nederland working out, for the past several months... not to sure what he is doing other then that
  13. Naw as long as any kid in this area can move on to the next level I’ll support them. Big name schools bring in other schools and smaller schools. More exposure in this area the better for everyone
  14. I wish they would go Texas, but two former Nederland grads are now in the A&M scouting dept
  15. Nederland’s Kade Scott RB 2021 and Ricky Johnson DT 2022 both had a lot of talks with A&M and took visits in the fall. Nederland to A&M pipeline is just getting started...
  16. The run first mentality isn’t going to work with that crappy defense OU has.
  17. RJ is going to be the future QB at Texas. Learning behind Sam and getting more coaching skys the limit. He had a lot of praise this week. 2 spring trainings 2 summers and one fall season before RJ will take field as a starter
  18. How about that kid kicking a 59 yd FG wow
  19. Dallas will get pressure to the QB, the thing is they live and die by the deep ball. If Dallas can defend that I like our chances a lot. I don’t think Seattle will be able to run very well on Dallas with there poor play on the line
  20. I would interested to hear about that. As well as Nederland 3 years and the 1 state semifinals run,
  21. Like what WOSgrad said it wasn’t there first year of football at that school,it opened in 2016. It is the schools first graduating class. But that school district redid the lines and hearing from other boards they rezoned a lot of kids from manvel state championship team the year before to that school. It’s a certain area/ sub division where tons of highly ranked athletes live in the district. Maybe a manvel guy can explain better or give more info, but from hearing from both parties this is what they are both saying. But speaking of rezoning did BISD ever redo there lines and enforce the rule if the kid lives in this school zone they go to it?
  22. A big win like this gets tons more of recruitment focusing on Texas plus all the renovations going on. So Is the big 12 offenses that great that makes the defenses look bad in conference play? when they go play another conference the defenses play great, Why is that?
