  2. Yeah, except for fumble recovery return, South is dominating Bartlett!
  3. No. They will play it just like it was a game. Dayton will come at this just likllye it was the state championship game. Thats why they win, KEYWORD : RUTHLESS [/quote Actually the key word is SCRIMMAGE this is just a tune up game with a friendly adversary to tweak a teams strength's and weak points. Sure it would be fun to win,but you can bet the coaching staff wont be leading with their ego's their aim is further down the road for a return date at the big dance. Jay Hawk the keyword here is actually DAYTON. we come at everything as if it were the TITLE. We take nothing lightly. i know this because i play for Dayton. We take no prisoners, EVERYTHING is about winning. No matter the game WE WILL WIN. End of story. According to this schedule, buckin, Dayton went 13-2 last year. Where are the scrimmage "wins" listed at? : Last Year's scores Non-District Dayton 35, Bay City 7 Friendswood 42, Dayton 21 District Dayton 49, Goose Creek Memorial 0 Dayton 48, North Forest 30 Dayton 49, Crosby 14 Dayton 46, Barbers Hill 13 Dayton 40, Galena Park 7 Dayton 46, C.E. King 7 Dayton 41, Kingwood Park 0 Playoffs Dayton 39, Livingston 28 Dayton 42, Elgin 14 Dayton 28, Rosenberg Terry 13 Dayton 42, Brenham 21 Dayton 31, Kerrville Tivy 28 Sulphur Springs 69, Dayton 49 yea it may not matter to everyone else but to the CHAMPS of east Texas... A.K.A DAYTON scrimmages do matter to us chief so just remember who the champions are around here... us. Bring us any team this year and i guarantee they will go home VERY SAD and VERY HURT. So get some baby!!! Does Coach Stewart know that you are mouthing off like this? It dont matter cuz we'll all be mouthing off like this for the rest of the season baby. Whatever you say, sunshine.

  7. After reading some of the comments and hate on this thread, you don't deserve an explanation. Great job again on the rankings! But you of all people know that these are like the NCAA selections. No matter how thought out they are, someone is going to gripe!
  8. They were merely place on probation...or double secret probation.
  9. It does not appear that there will be any forfeitures, this time.
  10. who is he? He is the Lumberjacks' sophomore running back. He is a stud. In fact, Diboll has a pretty good backfield this year as Chris Bailey returns to QB the team.
  11. Pickem's? Oh yeah, I am ready for that!
  12. Late start no sweat for Coogs' coach
  13. For folks around Houston, VYPE Magazine has done a Houston area preview (it's $9.95/copy). It does have previews of 21-5A, 19-4A and 20-4A and some private schools, including Kelly. But there are no previews below 4A.
  14. Wait 'til after next week's scrimmage...it will be rocking again!
  15. Thanks for the nominations guys! We'll have the team up next week!
  16. Nominations close tonight so make sure that your voice is heard!
  17. Save your gas. Katy will take this one by a couple of td's. Save my gas? I'm walking to the stadium!
  18. Yes, the Bulldogs are included. Interesting--since a lot of polls out there have Corrigan-Camden ahead of the 2A teams in this ranking, that either means C-C will be relatively weaker or Anahuac, New Waverly and East Chambers are going to be relatively stronger (than those other polls are saying). Which is it? Also, which 2A districts are included in this poll? All of Region 3? The Teams in 21-2A, 22-2A and 23-2A are included in the poll.
  19. Yeah, I corrected the St. Thomas games, I had those reversed. And you have never steered me wrong, so I'll trust you on the Dyer. That actually makes much more sense as 3A ADM Furr against Kelly at Delmar did make me take a second look.
  20. Not according to the HISD: [Hidden Content]
  21. Yes, the Bulldogs are included.
  22. Enter your nominations on the thread which is at the top of the thread. We'll be taking those until August 6th.
