  1. Drop down and get some wins. That does sound like a team in the area. A team that averaged a 37% higher ADM than its opponents in 2016. In fact, this program in 2016 played only 2 opponents that were bigger than them. You may want to write their head coach and find out what the deal is...heck, I'll even give you name the address: Kenneth R. Harrison Memorial High School 3501 61st St. Port Arthur, Texas 77642
  2. Wow, a pump up post like this kinda makes you forget that a PAISD school hasn't won a state football championship since the mid 1950s!
  3. Sorry, to the Splendora folks. I thought I had moved theirs over but somehow I missed it. It is up now. Also today: Kountze, Groveton, Hull-Daisetta Tomorrow: The Woodlands, Joaquin, Rusk
  4. Right out of the gate on Jordyn Adams which has since been corrected.
  5. If you don't get any takers. You may want to contact Becca Peveto at Bridge City or Ashley Broussard at Orangefield. It appears that they only have scheduled two tourneys so far and are not in a tournament on 8/10-12.
  6. Today: Hamshire-Fannett, Magnolia Legacy Prep, Splendora Tomorrow: Kountze, Groveton, Hull-Daisetta
  7. I can make out the numbers.
  8. They do pull out "throwback" jerseys at least once a season.
  9. This one?
  10. Well, something to keep in mind, 3 of the 5 teams ranked ahead of PN-G (1. Manvel 2. Cedar Park 3. Temple) are predicted to be in the DI playoffs. So if you look at projected 5A DII teams, PN-G would be #3 in the Region.
  11. They won't. Correa has to do binding arbitration until 2021, Springer until 2022. Altuve under contract. If they hold out, they won't be able to get on anywhere else. Remember, unlike the NBA and NFL, MLB has an antitrust exemption.
  12. Altuve is signed until 2020: [Hidden Content] Correa won't be a free agent until 2022: [Hidden Content] Springer won't be a free agent until 2021:[Hidden Content]
  13. If so, so be it. However, if Carthage drops to DII, chances are that they will wind up in Region II. That would make for some VERY good playoff games.
  14. Today: Huffman Hargrave, Hitchcock, Leverett's Chapel Tomorrow: Hamshire-Fannett, Magnolia Legacy Prep, Splendora

But if it happens, it will make for some interesting games in September of 2018.
  20. We know there will be some shake up in 5A with the DI-DII split. But will there be any other re-alignment changes that we may see come next February? I hear that La Marque is almost certain to head back up to 4A-II starting next season. Anybody heard anything else?
