PAM have won grand champion the past 5 years or so. Same competitions central and ozen was in. Classy is being a showband and not looking like soft porn on the field. Classy is playing better music... even if it’s taking a song BU played and made it better. Y’all have that nasty untuned Houston Kashmere sound. Horrible.

Twice the PANews said PA Memorial will be playing in a Quarterfinal game this weekend.  Am I missing something?  Isn't this a Regional game?  Could the PANews have made a mistake?

7. I know alot of people consider North Shore a big deal in the district but to be honest they are NOT...they do have a good reputation around the state for having good programs but MHS has always beat NS when they played them. Just look at it like this MHS has beaten NS in football and basketball every time they have played.....look it up.....Now I said that to say MHS will go into this game like they have the last 5 games: HUNGRY, MOTIVATED, AND LOOKING FOR 50
8. I miss the old 19-4a district(i think thats the number) now these were the days
Lincoln-Shanderrick Charles, Ricky Wilson days
TJ-Tony Thompkins, James Johnson days
PNG-Dustin Long days
LCM
WOS
Vidor
Nederland
Lumberton
Dont remember too many other kats I was too worried about beating the Jr. Bees in those days......

Since 2005 vs westfield everytime that song plays the other team gets momentum and usually scores. The umbrella song is what we call it. It has never failed Scooter that bad karma follows that song.
Yu know what why is it like that...I played in the band and evertime we played "Do What You Wanna" westfield and whoever else did gain momentum.....Monday I will discuss this with the band directors about playing the song at the end of the game...lol

Nice to see a good credible article coming out of the PA news.  Like hearing good things about great atheletes.
Titans--you guys keep doing your part in making our district stronger.  The Bruins and Titans have a chance to do some damage.  We cant let Laporte and Northshore take the spots we so deserve.

BTW--a good seating in the play-offs in 21AAAAA is not as easy as it used to be.

I love seeing good articles about my young "HOGGS"....good job PA NEWS
11. I know us Port Arthurans dont have many supporters on the forum, but hey yall have to start talking about these TITANS alot more on here....Our city do produce the most professional and collegiate football players in the area...But hey I support all the SETX schools I just want to hear more on these "mythical gods"(lol)....UHHHHH OHHHHH A L D I N E (some old P.A. chatter)

To the family of Reggie Garrett. I know what you are going through. Matt Robinson, the young Nederland man who collapsed and died at home plate in 2006 was my son. It's so hard to deal with, searching for answers and hoping for strength. I was a basket case. You will find the strength in God and those who are close to you in this time of complete sorrow. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Reggie was a great athlete and from what I have read, he was a class individual too. May God help you find peace.
I remember this in 06' During Babe Ruth and I was so hurt to see someone my age just collapse like that, that touched me deeply, and to hear this about this young star it hurts just as bad....my prayers go out to Mr. Garrett's family, the WOS community, and also to everyone who was touched by this young man in any way.....May he Reside In Paradise

I feel J'Covan was better than Willie Warren, Oka. via Fort Worth, in high school and was arguably the best talent to come out of SE Texas. Talent like that will always get a second chance. Good Luck J'Covan!!
Co is the man dont get me wrong but never the best talent to come out of no SE Texas...Bj Tyler was way better I can name at least three more at the top of my head too
14. The playoff game has been moved from Barnett Stadium to TEXAS SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY, and the game time has been moved to 8pm...And the question was asked on another thread about HJ-Silsbee being the biggest rivalry in TEXAS?? Please, don't make me laugh!!! :D

Wow! Talking about tradition. Nothing like the atmosphere between a Yates and Wheatley game. Wow!

3rd WARD vs. 5th WARD baby its a HOOD thing.....

15. I just want to say this about you "Memorial" fans, I hope you guys comeback to the site and discuss Memorial basketball after they lose to Hightower. We never saw you guys on here until the Titans made the second round of the playoffs. Where were you guys all season? I have a feeling we won't see any of you on here anymore when Memorial loses Wednesday night. ::)

I've always been on the site...look just give the TITANS a good luck and get on about it...I bet if this HJ or SILSBEE that will NEVER beat MHS we was talking about it would a different story...LMAO "AGGIES" who? oh yea the school that loves MHS athletes....
