The Top 4 will remain. The committee wants a Bama-Ohio St. final. Penn St should represent the Big Ten, but we'll need an 8 team playoff to make that happen. Why even bother having a Big ten championship if it doesn't matter?

Very surprising. Finally, a year where Manvel didn't have to worry about Katy, yet they fall here. Temple is very good, but Manvel probably underestimated them. Not sure why they played in Arlington, but no excuse.

Not sure what is wrong with the selection committee. How can you be ranked 1, but seeded 5? Yes, the conference was a little weaker than normal, but where is the respect for a team that has been highly ranked for several years? 3 potential home playoff games would have been nice, but It won't matter. Sam will win wherever they play.

I think A&M probably has the better backup QB at this point. That should get the Ags the win, but that spread is still too high.

Definitely, WV has to keep Foreman from running wild. Wv has offense, and this one could be a shootout, but I like the Mountaineers chances for the road win.

It would be nice to know the status of T. Knight, but I'll still have to take the Ags. Just can't see much motivation for the Rebels after a disappointing season and now the loss of their QB.

Washington has had a cupcake schedule so far. 3 sorry non conference games, a slumping Stanford, bottom feeder Oregon St, 50 points a game Oregon, plus needed oT to beat the Zona, and needed a late punt return to beat the Utes. They probably won't finish undefeated anyway with Cal, USC, Az St, and Wash St left.
